I had wanted a Volvo for a while, I had an estate before but I just really liked the all round look of the Volvos. I started looking online for one and these guys came up. They are an hour away from me so I had a look at their reviews before making a decision to go down. They all looked to be very nice and complimentary so I figured it was a good enough reason to give them a go. They certainly lived up to their reviews too as they gave me a very positive experience. It was quick and easy and they looked after my wife and I well. We had a look around a few of their Volvos and they were all in good nick and cleaned to a good standard. We found one which was just what I wanted. I bought it there and then and took it away the same day. I may have been a bit too hasty in taking it though as my wife and I both thought the other had taxed it and it turned out neither of us had so we got pulled over 🤦‍♂️ Lesson learnt though haha.

I knew when I was looking at getting an older Land Rover that I was destined to have problems with it but it was worth it for me to get one. I really wanted a Range Rover but the budget wouldn't stretch that far 😂 I had been looking around for a while at a few Land Rovers and I took my mate with me who specialises in those cars so I could get a second opinion as knowing me I would come away with just a tin of gold beans haha. He said that the one with JJ Premium was the best by far and they just so happened to be very close to me so it was like it was meant to be. I am happy with the service I received from them too, they have been easy to deal with and more than happy to help. As I expected there were some issues with it but they have been good as gold getting it all sorted for me. They called me back when they said they would and were spot on. The Land Rover is driving lovely now too and it is such as sexy motor!

The customer service I received was perfect really. There was no pressure they just let me look around the car as much as I wanted and were there to answer any questions. It was very laidback and relaxed and just a decent experience overall. I have had some work done on my Audi RA after the sale as I took it to a specialist to check it out for peace of mind but I am getting on alright with it really and I like having a bit of a sports car!

Very impressed with the car and with the service. Whether it was when I was fetching the car or when it was being fixed it was just brilliant. I will definitely be coming back to you for my next car. My son is actually taking driving lessons at the moment so I might give him this car when I pass my test and then come back to you for another 😂 For me, the most important thing is that the service stays the same even after the purchase, that is even more important than the purchase itself I find and for that reason alone I will be coming back to you. The conversations with Luke and with Nicola have been very impressive. I can't thank you guys enough. I absolutely love my ford and it is driving fabulous!

I always wanted a CLA 220 but when I actually test drove one it was clear straight away that it wasn't for me. After that I didn't really know what I wanted but when I was scrolling through looking at different Mercs I saw an A Class with these guys. I loved it as soon as I saw it! It was like fate so I booked to take it for a test drive and I was smitten with it. I signed the papers there and then and collected it the next day. I had never heard of JJ Premium before this but I am glad I have found them now as they made everything so straightforward and easy. They were happy to help, even after the sale, that good customer service continued throughout. I had a couple of issues but they were happy to get these resolved for me and I am very happy with the way they have handled everything. I am loving my A Class now too so it has all worked out nicely.

My old BMW was on it's last legs so I figured it was time to trade it in for a newer model. I had been looking around as I wanted a bit of a change and found that Audi's were what was drawing me in. I was being quite picky though as I wanted a certain spec so that it had the premium sound system and things. I found one with JJ Premium Cars that had exactly what I wanted and it seemed to be a good price for what you get so I decided to go and have a look. It was very straightforward when I got there and they didn't try to force anything. Then again, they didn't need to as I just knew I wanted it, I didn't even want to wait to take it away. They had wanted to keep hold of it for a few days to do some work on it but I couldn't wait so I took it away the same day and JJ Premium offered to cover the costs of the work it needed which was really good of them. They were so easy to deal with when I called them about the work being done and they just got it all sorted for me. I am definitely happy with my trade and it is so much better than my BMW.

My wife seems to think we have bought a car from you before, I can't remember but she was keen to come back. I was looking for a specific model so it was just fate that you guys had what I wanted at that time. Nicola was friendly enough and was very informative. She seemed to really know her stuff. The lads had just polished my new Ford when I came to take it away so it shows they had put some care into it but I could still see bits of the polish so it probably needed another once over. The car is really nice though and I got everything I needed from you so I can't complain.

I went for a completely remote purchase from your agent Nicola. She was lovely and the purchase was very smooth, so I would rate that 10/10

The lady who looked after us was absolutely marvellous. She really did go above and beyond for us and even sent us a card after our purchase to say congratulations on your new car! It was such a lovely gesture and we really appreciated that level of care on her part. Whatever we wanted or needed she made sure she got sorted for us including helping us when we were struggling with downloading things! She wasn't pushy in the slightest she was just very good at her job. She was just so willing and understanding and even kept reassuring us as we kept apologising for asking for things but nothing was too much for her. I am a manager myself so I recognise talent when I see it and am also quick to point out if there is room for improvement but she was just excellent, a real asset to the company!

When I arrived at JJ Premium Cars they were very friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. The girl that was looking after me was lovely - sorry I can't remember her name 🤦‍♂️ She was very helpful right from the start and got me everything I needed. I was looking at a Land Rover and it had a crack on the roof but she assured me that it would get fixed for me and I could book it in with Land Rover myself if I wanted to take the car away sooner and they would still cover the cost. I am more than happy with the car, it is outstanding!
