Quality service even down to the delivery.

I was incredibly apprehensive having to change my car during a pandemic but the guys at JL were brilliant. Once I’d chosen a van I wanted I bombarded Rick with questions, requests for videos and photos and nothing was too much trouble. They also offered a very fair price for my part ex. Swapping vehicles on the agreed day was very smooth. All Covid safe. I’ve had one of two minor issues (fuel filter needed changing and wheel alignment adjusting) in the 3 weeks I’ve had the van but both save been sorted effortlessly. I’m generally very sceptical purchasing from a dealer but I would definitely buy from JL again.

I gotta say Rick is the main person to deal with . Very attendeiv and professional. I bought the van with no stars at all . When I arrived the van was ready, Rick handed me they to inspect the van . Everything was spot on . After I drove I've realised the heated driver seat was faulty . I've called Rick and explain the situation. Rick dealt with the issue once again very professional and they actually paid for the repair of the seat. You cannot fault the service . Absolutely 5 stars, definitely will recommend to a few friends ! Many thanks guys JL Vans rules ! ;))

Have now bought my fifth van from JL Vans. I have my own business and do high mileage so need something comfortable and reliable. I always go with an idea and Andy generally sorts the rest. Once again he's come up trumps, great van, great service see you in a couple of years.
