This is our second Motorhome bought from JMT and, like the first purchase,we are extremely happy with the service we received. We had an issue with smoke on starting the engine and after eliminating a few possible causes (which JMT paid for under the Warranty)they found out it was the Fuel Injectors. These we’re replaced with no hesitation, again under Warranty,at quite a cost to JMT. Jeremy and Tony are gentlemen and have honoured the Warranty every step of the way, which,in this day and age is a very rare thing. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely buy from them again should the need arise. I’ve just had the Motorhome MOTd and it sailed through with NO advisories.Pretty good for a 2009 motor. Thank you Jeremy and Tony, nice doing business with you Martin and Pauline Porter

All 2 of the claims was fixed by myself, 4 months after the mot people can see the state of the van by going onto google review it's there to be seen, can you say this happened in 4 months. Regarding the police this is total rubbish, in fact you are being monitored by trading standards and a court approved MOT station, no such thing. See the photos and make your own mind up.
Brought a swift 655 kontiki reg WX53RUC, was told when I brought this vehicle it would come with a new mot with no advisory's. 4 months into ownership one side of the vehicle collapsed and was told by my garage that one of the springs was weak. The garage went to jack up the vehicle and the vehicle collapsed on the jack. All the work that was meant to be to be done on the mot hadn't been done in fact all they did was painted over the rust and passed it. The garage they used for this repair are friends with owner hence why it passed the mot. I could not sell this vehicle privately because of the rust issues. My only option was to sell the vehicle back otherwise I would off made a huge loss, I took a £7000 loss and now they have put it back up for sale at the original price. When they advertise vehicles with new mot and no advisories I would get the van inspected first BE VERY AWARE or you could end up like me

JMT Leisure from JMT Leisure in response to Rusted out van
We have kept quiet throughout your Facebook posts and negative reviews, however I feel we need to respond with some truths. Since purchasing the vehicle back in March 2022 you have made 3 warranty claims with JMT Leisure and all have been honoured. The 3rd claim was for front springs and with labour charge was more than £400. You chased us to pay the garage as you said they wouldn’t release the vehicle unless they got payment, we paid immediately. The FACT is that this was a false warranty claim as the work had never been carried out. You subsequently admitted this and after the threat of police action you arranged to repay the money that had been claimed. We then received the photos of the underside of the vehicle. We have asked on numerous occasions for details of the engineers report that you said was done, as well as the details and qualifications of the person who carried out this report. To date we still have not had this information. We also asked for confirmation that this inspection had been done by a registered MOT garage and qualified tester, again to date we have not had this information. Although the vehicle was out of warranty and outside of the DVSA timelines for recourse, we arranged to get it collected and repaired. We are a reputable company and while the legal advice we received at this point indicated that we were under no obligation we thought this to be the best course of action. Throughout this process you were kept informed with phone calls and photos. You were also invited to attend and oversee the work being carried out. You declined this offer. Once the work was completed, we contacted you to say it was ready for collection. At this point you asked if we would deliver it back to you. Before this was arranged you contacted me asking what your vehicle would be worth. I responded with my opinion on this, you then contacted me again saying you would like to sell. I told you that we weren’t buying at the moment, and you asked if I knew any other dealers that would be interested. I told you that I have a number of people / companies that buy stock and sell through JMT leisure on a commission basis. After a few phone calls I got an offer that you agreed to accept, I quote “I’ve had a word with the wife and we are willing to accept the offer”. You then attended JMT Leisure that weekend and emptied out your Motorhome and completed the sale paperwork. Since this point, you have been posting on Facebook and emailing me telling me that you are doing an interview with a Motorhome Magazine, contacting Trading Standards and now a negative google review. To date I have had no correspondence from any solicitors, trading standards, or Motorhome media. As a precaution I have arranged to have the vehicle inspected by a court approved vehicle engineering company and will forward you a copy when completed. We have acted in a professional courteous manner throughout and I would suggest and have previously suggested that if you feel hard done by, then please go through the appropriate legal channels. The above is not “hearsay” or opinions and can and will be backed up by e-mails and documentation. UPDATE We have since had this vehicle independently inspected by a court approved vehicle inspection company. It passed the inspection and is 100% roadworthy and safe.
