JMV are the best of the best when it comes to dealerships, they are ranked #1 in Gravesend and I reckon that accolade could stretch further. This is my first time dealing with Jay and with JMV Cars, the service was incredibly friendly and professional through out, the car is excellent, I had an Audi Q2 before but I have had my eye on the Toyota CHR's for a long while. I look the shape and overall aesthetic of them, I have a friend who I go the gym with who used to be salesmen for Toyota and he spoke very highly of these cars, finally, I have spoken to a few owners when I have seen the cars out and about and they have said great things about them. I am very satisfied with my decision, I love the cars to bits and have done a fair few trips out in it. Jay was brilliant but I can't fault any of the staff at JMV to be honest. Great service from a cracking dealership.

I am really happy with JMV Cars, the service they offered while buying my new car and my new Jaguar F Pace is great too. I had a Volkswagen Touareg before, this in my opinion is more car for the money and a step up. The performance aspect is a big appeal, I love the colour and it's so comfortable to drive. I didn't go out specifically looking for the F Pace but I needed something which could compete with my old car and I am confident I made the right choice.

I have never really been one for leaving full marks, maybe if my shoes were shined and I was gifted a bottle of Moët on arrival I would put it up there but truthfully, I have absolutely no complaints or concerns in dealing with JMV Cars. The experience start to finish has been exceptional, the team really friendly and informative, the cars in great condition and really well prepped, the process was quick and hassle free.. I am very happy with everything start to finish. It's my wife's car which I purchased for her, she has had lots of similar cars to this and is really happy with. Keep up the good work Jay and the JMV Cars team.

I purchased a BMW X3 from JMV Cars. I was initially disheartened as there were a couple issues with the car in the early stages however, the team at the dealership were apologetic, they had the car straight back from me and have fixed the issue without hesitation or excess delay. The sales side of things was quick, straight forward and the staff were very welcoming. Post sale, I didn't feel like a hindrance for having issues, I was welcomed back, the problem was solved and sent on my merry way with the pretence if anything else goes wrong, I'll be met with the same happy to help attitude. Obviously, full marks would be if the issue hadn't happened at all but I can't fault how well this was handled.

I bought a new car for my wife, she is made up with it and really enjoying the change so far. She had an X3 before and is still trying to get used to the reduction in size but overall is adapting very quickly to the change. The Qashqai we got was in preisteen condition during the purchase, low millage and enough bells and whistles with the speck for it not to feel like a downgrade from our X3. Chuffed with the service and would be happy to recommend.

The Golf I purchased from JMV Cars is perfect so far, no issues which I have noticed and everyone I have spoken to really likes the car too. I have always had VW's so they are all familiar to me. Jay was a delight to deal with and the rest of the staff are really friendly too.
