I get that when purchasing a second hand vehicles there might be some wear and tare which is okay and understandable. What matters is how they are rectified. JMV Cars have been excellent, I had one very small issue and without thinking twice about it they helped fix it. They told me if any help is needed not to hesitate to give them a call, which fills me with confidence. JMV Cars and staff are very reliable and trust worthy. If your looking for a reliable second hand car where you know you are going to be looked after just a well after the sale then this dealership is the place for you.

The Mercedes A160 is a lovely smooth car, beautiful to drive. I am really enjoying the manual, its like riding a bike you never really forget, infact its probably easier than riding a bike. I received a brilliant level of customer care from the staff around the dealership too.

Matt... I just want to say thank you for everything you are truly amazing! I am absolutely over the moon with the car, I've had a lot of fun in it since the purchase with it being a Hilux, it feels great being higher up on the roads. I would recommend to anyone and use again no doubts about it.

All is well with the Kia Ceed! Thank you for such a brilliant little car! I noticed the key was a little bit worn, (which wasn't a huge issue as I understand I was buying a second hand car). It was something I mentioned to the salesman, but didn't expect to receive a replacement key within a couple of days. The customer service was excellent and everyone I came across was so helpful!
