I absolutely love the Mercedes 220 I have just bought, the car is so lovely!! A week after buying a light came on regarding the brake pads, I called JMV Cars and they said to send the invoice over for the work that needs doing and they will send the money over - they did exactly that and I cannot fault them what so ever for how they handled it. The customer service was fantastic as well when I was buying the car, really really nice people and vey helpful. I highly recommend.

The purchase went as smoothly as it possibly could, the service was spot on. We had a long journey so I was extremely pleased to not experience any delays or hiccups. I collected the Mercedes and drove it 140 miles home, I give it a good run and it was absolutely great. Its been great since, thanks very much to everybody at JMV!

Such lovely people, it was really nice to feel looked after and valued, the salesman was really helpful and gave me the time I needed, he answered everything we asked and explained everything thoroughly. I bought a Peugeot 208 and I'm really enjoying the car is so lovely to drive and was so clean and tidy when we collected. I would recommend JMV all day long to anybody wanting a new car.

Andy at JMV Cars was fantastic through-out, he was so helpful, he answered all questions, gave constant updates, really good customer service. I purchased a Lexus and its going really well, very happy. Andy did all the leg work, he sorted the documents, paperwork, delivery etc, It was stress free and easy.

I would recommend JMV Cars to anybody, we took a big risk driving over 2 hours there and 2 hours back for the BMW 2 Series - but I'm so glad that we did, it was worth it just for the customer service alone. We arrived to get the car and it was so clean, it was gleaming, shiny and smelt amazing. We have done a few long distance drives and the car is really comfortable, which was the biggest thing for me. The customer service was truly amazing from start to finish , they were the nicest people, it was made so easy for us and was literally stress-free. Although we had a 4 hour round trip, we would 100% use these again in the future.
