Bought an audi a4 from john stuart motor company in warrington 3 years ago within the first week I had engine management light on and dpf light, They was very helpful as I had warranty so ran it in and left it with them. I was told they had replaced and injector. The fault came back again intermittently after a couple of attempts to get it fixed I have just been informed that the dpf on the car is completely knackered and that they haven't fitted a new injector what they have done is fiddle the ecu to make it look as though there is no fault with the dpf. Well it's just cost me £1250 to get it all sorted thanks a lot.

Did you get this problem resolved? I am having problems with them, bought a car which failed to make it home twice after buying it and then them "fixing" it. Trying to get my money back now.
I bought a car from John Stuart Motor Company on 5th June. All smiles and helpful initially. I drove the car 2 hours home and the red engine management light came on. The manual stated not to drive it any further. I rang the company and was told it had gone into limp mode and to call back the next day if still problems. The next day same problem I have tried to reject the car as per consumer rights act 2015 (short notice right to reject) and was told I had to give them the opportunity to fix it though this is not the case as per the act! I was put through to several salesmen one of whom was very aggressive then finally Billy the sales Director who told me he hadn't decided what he was going to do and it's the MD's decision who had literally just stepped on a plane for a few days and not available!! I am left without the use of a car and no resolution! They won't reply to my emails and I cannot speak to any decision makers despite there being a Director on site?!!! Poor poor customer service!! Very disappointed

I have had my Clio for a few months now and I am very happy with it, I had an issue with it withing the first week but the dealer put it right straight away. The car was in good shape but it wasn't clean, that's the only downside but it was a great price and I would recommend John Stuart to my friends.

Bought an SUV from John Stuart Motor Company (Warrington Car Superstore) - it was "valeted" where you could see only. I in-depth valeted it, but wasn't prepared to deal with the corrosion in the suspension. I explained to JS Motors that I intended to source a newer, better quality vehicle. I asked if they would buy it back LESS £1000. Basically they get their profit and a car in better condition than they sold. Said they'd call back, but it had 1 more owner now!! Tumble weed...................... Basic manners would be nice - very helpful whilst you're buying though.

Bought a Kia Sedona from them in July 2016. FSH, 61k on it and Cambelt kit fitted by Kia. One day after we had it the management light came on so we went back (we where due to go on holiday towing a camper). They took it straight in and rang to say they couldn't work out what was wrong and that they had booked it into the Kia main dealer. They diagnosed a faulty IMV valve on the injector pump and replaced it. JS took the bill. car was fine but over the summer it started pulling left all the time, and the aircon was hissing. It went into Kia for a recall and they told me the drop links where shot, the aircon had a leak and that the steering rack was leaking at both ends. Expecting a battle I drove straight to JS who booked it in (no argument) and gave me a brand new MG3 to drive. They fitted new drop links, new condenser for the aircon, fixed another leak, and fitted a brand new steering rack. They also put two brand new tyres on it as it had two winter tyres on that where old. Car came back cleaned. Fantastic service, they told me when i picked it up that they look after their customers and I have been very pleased. Car is running like a dream. Will return in the future.

I would absolutely recommend John Stuart Motor Company. Really good service, I bought a Volvo V40 back in June. The car was a very good price considering the low mileage and good condition and I have had no issues with it at all and the dealers were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

After a bad experience at another dealership, Ian at John Stuart Motor Co was so helpful. We purchased a BMW from him in May and I have had no issues with it at all. It was very good value for money and in good, clean condition. Much better experience.

Very happy with my purchase and the whole experience. I found the dealer and the staff to be polite and helpful and good condition explained costs. I managed to get a Mercedes CLC which I had been looking for what seemed like ages. Good price and good aftersales so far. One small issue which the salesmen has started to deal with and awaiting 2 small parts......excellent service all in all
