Hi phil Caddle here, I bought a vivaro van from Jordan James Motor Company in September you had carried out some repair work on. I have been converting this van into a camper van and the conversion was nearly complete when found a wet patch on the floor and down neerside wall. I’ve had to strip out all the internal work including carpeting plywood lining and insulation to the nerside wall. On inspection I found that the seals to the rear panel are leaking water has been coming in through the joints in the panel. There were several other issues with the repair you carried out but this is the worst. The repair garage was disgusted with the poor quality of the work done. I am not surprised that you give no warranty but frankly iam very disappointed

Needed a cheap family car, and was very happy with the volvo I purchased. Chris was very helpful, and honest and made the purchase very easy. No pushy sales tactics. Very pleased and will go back to Jordan James Motor Company when I next need a vehicle.

I purchased A Merc CLC from Jordan James Motor Company and parted with the cash, was promised the V5 (not present, some excuse about the person dropping it off on monday (This should have raised alarms, since this I have found a video of his on youtube where he did a small advertising walk around )) would be dealt with by Chris the following day online (Monday). I contacted DVLA on the following Friday to be informed that no such change of ownership had taken place. Again I contacted Chris, (He does not chat, he texts.) I asked him "24/8/19-13:03..Me: What's happening with the V5 please?" "24/8/19-13:04.. Chris; It'd been ordered so it wwill come direct to you from DVLA." "24/8/19-13:05..Me: Did you post it?" "24/8/19-13:05..Chris: online." "24/8/19-13:06..Me: DVLA has no record of it. I have just spoken to them. Could I have a reference number please, that they gave you for the online application for change of ownership." "24/8/18-13:07..Chris: Will check, just on train to Blackpool till Monday." "24/8/19-13:08.. I cannot use car" (DVLA told me this on the phone call I had with them on the Friday) "24/8/19-13:08..Chris;Just spoke to my administrator. It was posted the day after." Lies and deceit... Moral of the story when dealing with this creature. Make sure the V5 is present. DVLA have no record of the change of ownership as of Sat... Now I have to apply for my V62 and spend more money... Also additional damage to the front bumper not mentioned, he just shrugged it off. Neither was the oil leak, which has come to light since purchase. I do not "Thrash" cars, you look after them, they are reliable.
