If I met you in the pub and you said “you are a car dealer” I probably wouldn’t believe you. What a gear pleasure it was to do business with you. I don’t know any dealers who would bring the car to you to view (25-30 miles) with no obligation. If that’s not enough, Chris will let you to take the car to your trusted garage for a good look. I don’t buy cars very often but if I was to buy another car, I think I would wait for you to have the right car for me. Thank you very much to Jordan James Motor Company.

I bought a car from Jordan James over 8 weeks ago the first week I found out it needed new shockers all round the city steering doesn't work and the electrics are faulty to top it off we still don't have the log book I contacted them and they said I will have to apply for it myself needless to say wont be going back there when I asked about the warranty they said they self warranty them and said he could repair it cheaper than a local garage that don't charge me labour so I said no dread to think what their repairs are like.

Jordan James Motor Company sold me a car thats meant to have a 78 point health check. What a joke. I had a brake fluid leak. Shock absorber badly worn. Turbo smoking engine cutting out within a week. Wont refund me said hes garage will repair. Took it an independent garage myself stated 11 things wrong told me take car back to dealer for refund. He said his garage will fix it. 16 days later car comes back they have tied a cable tie on to fix leak and engines smoking. He cant refund as hes getting divorced and closing business end of the month.

Chris sold me my car, alright guy delivers what it says on the tin, he belives honesty the best policy and with 3 month warranty it gives a peace of would recommend. Thanks chris.
