I recently bought a lovely car from Jordan James Motor Company. The service I received was outstanding. As I was unable to travel to Chris to test drive the car, Chris offered to drive the car to me at my convenience to test drive it and then drove it back to me a couple of days later to close the sale. Chris also offered to sell my car on his forecourt, constantly keeping in touch before adjusting the selling price. After taking the car to be checked over at my local garage, I was informed that a couple of jobs needed doing on the car so Chris took my car away and left me with a courtesy car to drive whilst the the minor jobs were completed. I am very pleased with the complete all round customer service I’ve received from Chris and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

When I visited a car dealership I was always a little wary of the salesmen, but as soon as you meet Chris straight away you can't help but like him. I bought a Toyota Auris from Jordan James Motor Company on the 05/05/18. Even after we had agreed on a price Chris consented to pay for a years new MOT which resulted in him paying for two new tyres. Understandably I was very happy with the service I received. However on the 100 mile trip home the Catalytic Converter snapped. I text Chris expecting him to do what most second hand car sellers do and say "Not my problem." I was wrong. Chris asked me to get a few quotes to have the car repaired and he would pay any costs. He replied to all my texts (and there where a few) within minuets during the day, at night and even when he was on holiday. I'm sure that the Catalytic Converter wiped out any profit Chris made from the car but he put his customer first. There isnt many car dealers out there who put there customers before profits. All in all I could not of asked Chris to do any more to put my mind at rest and get the problem sorted. Highly recommended car seller. Dave

I recently bought a 3 year old VW Golf from Jordans & was pleasantly surprised at the lack of pressure & hard sell so often encountered when buying a car. Chris & Justine could not do enough to help, even bringing the car to me to view & test drive even though I live a good few miles away near Huddersfield. A thorough inspection found a few minor issues which were put right very quickly & at no cost to me. I have bought quite a few cars in my 40+ years of driving & can honestly say this has been the best experience I have had.

Bought a lovely Toyota Aygo for a reasonable price. The car was brought to my house by Chris who is a lovely pleasant guy so I could have a test drive. No hassle for me getting to Stretford from Bury which was a bonus. Also my car was sold with free advertising. Chris kept in touch with me daily to keep me informed of progress until he found a buyer for my car. Highly recommended to anybody looking to buy or part ex your car.
