I bought a car from Chris at Jordan James Motor Company last month. The car was and is great. It was serviced, MOTed and valeted prior to picking it up. Both Chris and his wife offer fantastic customer service professionally and also personally. They even paid for a replacement rear actuator to be fitted when it failed the week after the MOT. I’m very pleased with the whole transaction. Would definitely buy again and recomend to others. For me, Chris and his wife epitomise honestly, value and integrity, all qualities you want when buying a car from a dealer.

I have bought two cars of Chris and never had a problem over the years he and his wife are nice people never had a problem and if I did I no it would be sorted out when I'm looking for a car again would go to chris.

I have had my BMW from a few months now and so far it's been great! It was clean and I good shape and I think I got a good deal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The process of the sale was nice and easy and I would recommend Jordan James Motor Company.

Bought a car from Jordan James Motor Company, car was faulty. Took it to the infamous garage, garage couldn't work out what was wrong with it - wasted a whole week going back and forth. Finally garage decide to replace the car - which was also faulty. Had to spend a lot of money sorting it out. Avoid this guy like the plague - don't waste your time or money.

Why leave bad reviews without leaving your name??? We cant help when we don't know you have a problem. We sell over 300 cars per year and only get 5 reviews??? Sorry you was unhappy but we are friendly people and will always help!!!!
Totally misled by Chris playing the nice family man selling cars from his house. Car was meant to be serviced prior to collection but wasn't simply stamped the book no service done. So many faults with the car, garages don't even know what's wrong with it. Knew I was buying it for my 2 young children, totally scammed. Don't buy from Jordan James Motor Company.

I lost £850 to this dealer, the car developed multiple faults within the first few days, he led me a dogs life saying he would fix at his garage on Longley Lane, for free but I took it back and none of the guys who were there seemed to know about it. I sent letters asking for a refund, he replied with abusive texts. i could not afford to take this any further so this car dealer has got away with taking my hard earned money. I found him to be rude and offensive.

It's such a shame you are unable to give details of who you are and what the registration number of your car is? When spending just £850 on a car sometimes things go wrong. I'm sorry you have had difficulties but how do you want me to help? I recall no letters or phone calls from any of my customers regarding issues. I always reply immediately and help the best I can. Writing reviews are pointless if you are unable to identify the problem? This leads me to believe this is a untrue event. I bought a car just over a month ago from jordan james motor company, the car wasnt as described. I think the garage he uses dont MOT the cars properly based on my cars condition. My car I've since had a proper mot and the car has a lot of problems. I've asked for my money back which he refuses and the garage are a waste of time. I will be taking them to court and I will win my case. Never buy a car from this place.

Unfortunately it's difficult for us as a business to reply to this nonsense. With 28 years car sales experience and complete customer focus. Your new car had a clutch fault within days of you driving it. Jordan James Motor Company covered the cost of a brand new clutch regardless of the terms and conditions of the sale. Within days of purchasing you asked me if I would purchase the car back and wanted to know what price I would give you? I know you had personal financial difficulties relating to your relationship break up, losing your employment and parental issues. After all you did collect the car without finalising your insurance premium. A young man buying a Golf GT TDI must be costly for insurance. Please don't blame an amicable car sale on your personal situation. Hope everything sorts itself out in your personal life so you can enjoy your car. Regards Jordan James Motor Company
