Dear Steve, We are saddened to hear how unhappy you feel here, on the service we have given you. The issues with your car were 1. the air conditioning needed a re-gas service and 2. your CD player would not work. I offered you a full refund at first, however you want to keep your car. So we did everything possible to get these issues organised and fixed for you ASAP. We worked around you to get your car booked into a local garage of your choice to have the A/C rectified. And we drove down to your house at a time to suit you, to replace your complete Radio CD unit with a genuine Toyota part. The issue with you giving false information to your insurance company is because you assumed that the vehicle was fitted with an alarm. On the model of Toyota Yaris that you own, they do not come with a vehicle alarm. I am very sorry Steve that you are so dissatisfied. We as a business do pride our self on being an open and honest company and we are really shocked by your review. If you want to call me directly to discuss further, please do. Thanks for the response, but you have not mentioned the lie about the paint markings on the body work and also the lies about attempting to resolve the CD player and air con with a number of suppliers, all of whom had never heard of your company when I contacted them. I agree that the CD player and air con are now resolved, but this was after weeks of trying to work with the lies I was being constantly fed. When asking the question "does the vehicle have an alarm fitted?" is greeted with an answer of "yes", I took this as the vehicle to have an alarm fitted. You had also stated prior to this that all calls were recorded, but when I asked for this to be listened to, you told me they are not recorded. I would call to discuss the matter, but when we spoke on the phone prior to my review being submitted you made it totally clear to me that as far as you were concerned the matter was closed and you were not prepared to discuss any further, so why are you asking me to call again? Just to make it look like you are prepared to work with me for the sake of this review I guess - more lies. You have my details, so you are welcome to contact me if you are prepared to keep to your word. Before dealing with Joseph Sutton Motor Company I had never received a bad experience from a second hand car dealer, so made the mistake of taking your staff by their word.
