From start to finish everything was great, communication with staff was really good, I think his name was Harry who delivered the car and he was brilliant, went through everything in detail was extremely helpful and didn’t rush me at all. Great experience!

Our car got written off and we were looking around for another. The dealership has good reviews and the car we found was in our price range with good mileage. It was the right car at the right time. Sales guys were good. They delivered the car to us which was really handy, they were polite, helpful and gave us the warranty options to extend. It was really thorough. Our charger port didn’t work and they replied to me instantly on text to help get it sorted.

Really happy with everything, the Audi is all good. A friend recommended them to me so I went to JP Motor Trade. I thought they were really helpful with transferring my private plate from my old car on to the new one. Jay the salesman was lovely.

I’m loving my EcoSport, good as gold at the moment. We went for a few to be honest and had a few bad experiences in the past and JP Motor Trades' reviews looked good. They just seemed really nice, went through everything not just wanting you out of the door for a quick sale. Staff were so helpful, talked is through everything and were honest.

First time using JP Motor Trade. I went there as they had the Outlander at the right price and it was the right car. It would have been nicer if there was more space at the location to park but the staff were friendly. It went really well from start to finish. Everything was well explained, pretty straightforward and to the point. Happy overall.

My experience was very good. I can’t remember the chap’s name who I dealt with at JP Motor Trade, but he was friendly and gave me a helpful push when needed. When I had to call to log a complaint they dealt with it straight away and resolved it without any issues.

The guy who assisted me was lovely...he even came in on his day off on a Saturday to sell me the car which I really appreciated. It did feel a bit rushed at times, but given it wasn’t his usual working day I can’t really complain. He explained everything clearly and it all went through fine.
