I must say I'm seriously impressed with Jay and Chet at JP Motor Trade. Their approach was refreshingly good. I'd called a couple of dealerships prior to JP but had been put off by their Del Boy approach to selling cars. I don't know how many times I'd been told 'One careful lady owner" bull which surely doesn't work on 99% of people with a brain these days?! The chaps at JP were honest, transparent and I didn't once feel like they were trying to mug me off. They've got a really good thing going on and long may it continue. My Vauxhall Corsa was a great choice, but my best decision has to be choosing to buy from Chet and the team at JP Motor Trade. I'm seriously impressed with the service they provided...from helping me find a parking space in Luton to taxing and insuring my car for me, they really went the extra mile and I'm really grateful. A member of their aftersales team even called me a couple of weeks after collecting the car to make sure everything was going well, which just proved to me that they genuinely care about their customers. We bought our son's first car from Chet and the team at JP Motor Trade and the whole process was really efficient. The little VW Polo's perfect for what we wanted and our son's thrilled to bits. The chaps at JP Motor Trade were really, really good. They couldn't do enough to help and had answers for all of our questions. The little Corsa we bought is running well, though we're only using it 3 days a week at the minute. The guys did a brilliant job so I'm writing this review as my way of saying thanks..
