After making an appointment for today , kept in contact with Damian, as he knew we were travelling from Manchester. On arrival he tells us a lady has just walked in and bought the car, she was sat in the car when we arrived, the least he could have done was to tell lady that he has a client coming and if they don’t buy car you will have first refusel, really bad customer service. Not happy!!

Purchased a fantastic Range Rover Vogue SE from JRR Cars today. I travelled 250 miles each way and it was well worth the effort. John was engaging right from my initial enquiry. He offered a reasonable PX price and was honest in his description of the Range Rover. On arriving at his dealership it was evident that he had a superb range of vehicles for sale. if you're in the Lancashire area, or even further afield, and are looking for a well prepared vehicle then pay John a visit. I found a minor issue on the journey home, gave John call and he was more than happy to assist, no arguments, no excuses just a solution! Bought an Audi. Had 2 years and gearbox had issue took into specialist who informed me that the car had a gearbox repair previously and was bodged and that has caused the box to be destroyed and beyond repair. I bought this car cos the garage says it has WarrantyWise cover. However what I did not realise is this is just a cover and they only take the Garages word the car is in good condition that actually run no checks on the car at all so dealer can lye on condition of car to get cover. They state they only sale the best yet when I asked why the car had never been checked over when I complained to dealer he told me they do not do that with there cars hence how u can miss a gearbox repair to a car in the 1st place. But I have also found out that the dealer had a mechanic change the clutch to this car and I was not informed of this when buying the car. I was told it was in excellent condition obv not if it had a gear box repair. Lied to! This garage would have known about gearbox repair but did not say as it would have been a put of and I would not have bought! I also have a hand over sheet where it’s ticked that the car was checked before hand over but it obv wasn’t as the car had a battery issue that had to be done under warranty witch refused to pay at 1st till dealer contacted them. So I should have known then that dealer didn’t do checks stay away or have cars checked straight away to make sure hasn’t been bodged repairs to gearbox that will the cause problems later!

I recently bought a very nice car from JRR it come with 6 month warranty but the warranty doesn’t cover and leaks or water ingress. I went to the car one day I went to the car and found water in my vehicle, I spoke to Antony and John about the problem and they was 100% behind me for getting it sorted at their cost. I took it to the main dealer and after a couple of times they found the problem and repaired it. I would like to thank Antony and John for their support getting this problem fixed which they did. So I would recommend this garage and give it my own personal 5* for the purchasing the car and then the after care response which was quick, easy and helpful. Many thanks again to JRR cars Carl
