Good car condition, smooth process and good customer service also good location as being rugby based

This is my first electric, I got the Tesla Model 3. I don't think there is much difference to be honest except having to charge it at night, but I have a charger point installed at my house. It was a young lad that took me through the process, and he was good.

The main reason I went for the RS3 was the engine. I've been really enjoying it, and it hasn’t let me down ‘touch wood’. The dealership was good, they helped me get a few problems sorted, which I think they did through the warranty, so I'd give it a solid four stars.

I was looking for a hatchback that fit within my price range and offered the performance I wanted, so it suited me well. Also, the Junction 17 branch in Rugby is local to me. I felt looked after, the service was nice, and they were accommodating. I was happy with everything and would oppose returning to them in the future if I were to get a new car.

The Seat Leon has been mint. I was specifically looking for the Seat Leon on AutoTrader, which was how I found Junction 17. I was in and out, I dealt with a young lass, and she was sound. made the process easy and had no problems.

I’m very pleased with the Jaguar I purchased from Junction 17 , I couldn’t fault the service I received. I had a previous car that was similar to the Jaguar, unfortunately, it was written off. The person I dealt with was a young guy who was really helpful throughout. He even arranged for me to be picked up from the train station when I went to collect the car, which made things much easier.

We previously had a BMW Z4 and wanted to upgrade to the new Z4, which we did, and it has been good. The service was received whilst at Junction 17, Rugby, and was great, and we would definitely use them again in the future.

The BMW 1 Series has been fantastic, not a single problem. I dealt with a girl on the day, but I can't remember her name. She was good, she made the buying process quick and simple, and based on my experience, I'd recommend the dealership to others.

It’s my first electric car, and it’s actually been a lot better than I thought it was going to be. We were only without a proper charger for a few days, and now that that’s sorted, it’s working out fine. This is my second car from them. The first one had quite a lot of issues, and I ended up returning it and exchanging it for the Tesla, but they did sort that out, so I can’t complain about that. Overall, they were fine and all good to deal with.

My experience with Junction 17 was good on the day when the car was ready to be picked up it was not clean as I expected it to be. So, I did have to clean it when I got home. And also, my finance company was trying to get hold of the dealer, but they did not respond so I did have to call them up and ask. But other than that, it has been spot on! The young girl let me in early as I was early to get the car. And she was absolutely amazing. Four stars only because of the car not being cleaned.
