I've had a 530D which has done 220k miles and I've driven it for 17 years, so my girlfriend and daughter have finally convinced me to get a new car, so I got a Range Rover Sport from Junction 17. I've not bought a car from a dealership before, although it was spot on, no complaints whatsoever.

Purchased a nice BMW X4 from the Rugby branch at a very competitive price. Benny dealt with me and I found him to be very professional and friendly. I met the other staff members and they were also all friendly and accommodating. Got a very fair part exchange on my car and finance sorted quickly. The car developed a minor fault due to a sensor but this was sorted quickly and efficiently. I will definitely purchase my next car from Junction 17 and hope Benny will still be at the branch when im ready to buy again. Many thanks guy's. Mark

I recently bought an Audi R8 from Junction 17 back in January. The car seems to be alright, although I haven't driven it yet as I've not had time. My experience was alright, I did feel it was a bit pushy in certain parts.

Upgraded from my Audi A7, to an Audi SQ7, it is a great car I am enjoying it. It is comfortable and it is powerful. The buying process was straightforward and easy. I went in person and dealt with a women throughout. She was very helpful and very nice, any questions I had she answered and if she was unsure she would go ask to get clarification. I took it on a test drive and while we where on it they filled up the petrol for me which was really appricated. I took it home the same day, there was one minor issue which they made me aware of and knocked the price down for it so I was happy.

5 very quick service

I found the service to be reasonably good and I am pleased with the car. The only bit of feedback I would give is that the staff could have had some more knowledge or briefed themselves on the car prior to me arriving. It was a booked in appointment so they were aware I was coming. When I asked questions there was a lot of running back and fourth to get me answers, I think it would have gone smoother for everyone if a briefing had been done. The car itself was all prepared and ready to go when I arrived so I can't complain to much. I would give a 4/5.

The sale was easy and efficient. The only reason is not a 5 is the warranty sale felt pushed but it was not a major deal.

Done about 500-600 miles in my car so far and had no problems. The customer service was great at the dealership, the communication levels really stood out to me. They were quick to respond and answer questions, they were welcoming and friendly there was no delays in getting the car, very easy process.

My new Defender from this dealership ticked all the boxes, and even boxes I didn't realise needed to be ticked. The salesman who was helping me, a young lad (Cant remember his name) but he was good as gold getting things sorted for me really went above and beyond. Thank you!
