I knew I wanted a Taycan. It drives well, its comfortable and a good purchase. I compared it with others but l liked the colour so went to Junction 17. First time using them. I found they were helpful. My finance company were alittle slow on payout but the dealership released the car. Took about a week to sort finance out then I got the car. Cent complain about the staff, they were great.

Fine at the dealership. I knew what I wanted. It was just very straightforward. It was a quick process, saw the car, paid deposit.

It's going very well with the car. The way it was all dealt with was great. Mike was really good. Not a forced sale, we moved different markers to meet to meet the end goal so it was all nice and fluid.

There’s a good quantity of quality cars Junction 17 has on offer which gave me the confidence to buy from them. I have a couple of issues with the Jaguar regarding the Adblue however the customer service has done everything they could to attempt to resolve the issues for me. They were really friendly with me throughout the process.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and even took me to the shop when we were waiting on the final bits to be sorted out so I could drive away. Brilliant service!
