My husband actually went to Junction 17 a few years back looking for a car for himself, and this time I went for me! I was looking for a Range Rover and had my eyes set on an Evoque. There was a system error, and when I put down the deposit on the vehicle I liked, it had already been sold. However, this got sorted out for me, and they apologized. I just felt they could have communicated this more quickly, as it was around 4 days until I was told. However, the car I got was an Evoque, and I am absolutely loving it—it is just great! I have had smaller cars in the past, such as Astras, but I wanted the upgrade since I have a toddler and needed more room in the car. It is perfect: lots of room, comfortable, and looks great. Overall, I am actually very happy with the service from Junction 17, and I would go back in the future as well as recommend them to others.

I went to Junction 17 as I was looking for a Jaguar F-Type and saw it online. The dealership is about a 30-minute drive from me, so it wasn't too far to travel. The car was exactly as described, and I have had no issues with it so far. Luke dealt with me from start to finish, and the service from him was great, a very nice lad. The car had been detailed on the outside, and there was a mark on the inside door, but again, Luke sorted this for me before I left with the vehicle. It was a quick process, and I had the car within the week.

I recently purchased a Porsche 718 Cayman from Junction 17. I am enjoying the car; it is a great drive! I'm really happy with it. This was my first time going to Junction 17. I was looking for this specific model and saw it online. It was exactly as shown, with lots of pictures, and the description was accurate when I saw it in person. There was a little bit of waiting, but that was just while the insurance and paperwork were being sorted. I am happy with the service, and I would go back in the future if they had something I was looking for. I am just waiting for some touch-up paint to be sent to me, so hopefully, that comes soon. But all in all, I am happy with Junction 17.

I don’t fault my service at all from the salesman side of things. I am just a little disappointed with how the deposit side of things was dealt with; however, this has been resolved, and I won’t let this affect my decision to buy from Junction 17 Cars again. I traveled 2 hours away to purchase my car, and I would travel that distance again! When we first got there to look around, we were left to it, which was great, as some garages apply a lot of pressure from the salesman. But Tom was great. The car is in immaculate condition, and all the things I asked for have been rectified. When I got it home, I realized the tyre pressure gauges were missing from each wheel, so I had to get some new ones. Also, a couple of times when turning on the car, the system fault warning light came up and stated a fault, but it hasn’t been persistent. The car was also left with only 1 mile of fuel for me to drive it home with. Considering I paid £18,000 in cash, I thought that some fuel could have been added. Overall, I would give the experience a 4, there is always room for improvement in my eyes, but I will definitely be back in the future!

It was my first time going to Junction 17, and the whole experience was okay. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the dealership was presentable with a nice feel to it. There was no waiting around; it was a quick and simple process. I'm very happy with my new Audi S3. I have had some issues with white smoke coming from the exhaust at startup, but I took it to my local mechanic, and it's not oil or coolant. It was most likely a buildup of condensation. I believe it's all cleared out now, so touch wood, everything is okay. Other than that, I've had no issues with the car or the dealership. Would recommend.

This was my first time visiting Junction 17. I was originally looking at a different car but ended up going with the Audi RS3. I am happy with the car and have had no problems with it so far. I live a four-hour journey from the dealership, and there was a delay in pickup. I was supposed to get the car on a Saturday, but it wasn't ready, so I had to come back a few weeks later. However, apart from this, the guys at the dealership were very helpful and friendly, and overall, the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend this dealership.

My previous car was a BMW which i had fo 7 years, unfortunately it got written off a few weeks ago, I went to Junction 17 for the first time after seeing a BMW 4 Series they had for sale, when i arrived at the dealership the guys were friendly and very helpful. They showed me around the dealership and all the Mustangs they had in the back, after checking over the car i took it home the same day, the process was relatively quick and simple and i would recommend this dealership as they have a great selection of cars and the staff are very welcoming.

5 stars!! We saw the car online and went to the dealership, which was 1 hour 30 minutes from us. We are so happy with the experience we had at Junction 17! When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was so kind and caring. They made us both a cup of tea and just made us feel very welcome. Honestly, the best customer service we've ever had at a dealership. When we saw the car in person, it was completely identical to the advertisement online—nothing hidden, everything was just perfect! The car itself is amazing, and we've had no problems with it. We have already recommended the dealership to other people, even though they are over an hour away from us. But the dealership is 100% worth it for the customer service they provide, and the cars they have are great, with endless choice. Definitely go to Junction 17!!

We went to Junction 17 for the first time and purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport. In general, the car has been great, and we are very happy with it. The service was quick and simple. The guys at the dealership have been great so far, and we would really recommend them. We are just still waiting for our V5, which is why we are giving them a 4, not a 5. If we had received it, we would have given them top marks, but hopefully, that will be with us soon! 🤞
