All for show. Perfect selling the car to me.. All seemed amazing and left feeling good and excited to collect my car. Absolutely shocking after care. No reply to any emails. Mixed advice given from different staff regarding part exchange. At one point in a phone conversation.. 'How can I put this professionally? He doesn't want to deal with you right now'. Do not wish to put all of my private information on here, but I will say, I was left in a very difficult position over Christmas which could easily have been avoided. Was happy to return to have car serviced etc.. However, now I will be warning friends and family and the good honest people on this earth to stay away.
I have had a Z4 purchased on December 1st since then it has now been back twice, and the earliest I will get it back is the 27th December 2016.Also they say every car sold gets free AA break down I didn't get this. I feel it to be a case of sell and get it out of the door quickly and forget the customer.

I must now say that Junction 17 cars have pulled out all the stops to get my Z4 right. They have phoned twice to check to see if all is ok, which was quite unexpected. The car repair was completed in a most helpful way. I do have a current niggle with the alternator, giving a battery warning light on the dash occasionally, I have used a test meter and cannot locate the problem, but I believe that the alternator may need a new voltage regulator (basically new brushes). I have informed them of this and will keep them up dated. I would recommend this garage, but you must be aware whenever you buy a used car, as the original owner will not always be truthful for their reason to move the car on. In my case I believe the owner before, was well aware of the problems and the garage failed to find them, as they would have only surfaced on full use of the car. So to put it nicely the garage is very good, and their service is continuing to improve, so don't be put of by bad reviews, just be aware that the garage may not be wholly aware of hidden problems. I'll be monitoring my possible fault and keeping them informed.
Our experience at junction 17 cars was fantastic from start to finish. When I initially called them I spoke to a chap called Jamie whom was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was looking at a Bentley GT which looked too good to be true on the website. Jamie confirmed the service history and owners over the phone and I appointed to go and see him on Saturday. When we arrived we were blown away by their showroom and their set up. The cars all looked beautiful and straight away we felt at ease and knew this would be where we would be buying our next car from. We test drove the Bentley and went through all the paperwork with a fine tooth comb with Martin another salesman. We were so happy with the deal we were given (part exchanging our jag) and the balance on finance. What surprised us the most is that the car was ready to drive away whilst we waited for the finance to be set up. We were super impressed that the car had passed an AA inspection too. You don't see many garages / dealerships that go over and above for their customers to make the cars spot on, well junction 17 cars did. Absolutely terrible the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. I purchased a Jaguar XKR supercharged from Junction 17 in Peterborough. When I collected the vehicle it was clear that the air conditioning and wasn't working. I was assured that the air-conditioning unit just needed re-gassing . I was told that they would re gas the air-conditioning unit while I signed the finance agreement . When I got in the vehicle to drive away it was clear that the air-conditioning had not been repaired . I was told that the car would have to be brought back for a repair to be carried out the following week . (This never happened) After driving the car I noticed a knocking from underneath the car and the brakes started squeaking and the ABS light appeared . I brought the car into my local Jaguar dealership who uncovered a list of horrors the disc brakes were 90% worn...Front and back – the suspension mountings were perished and in a terrible state of repair. I was advised not to drive the car as it was dangerous. I immediately phoned Junction 17 who completely disregarded the findings and told me that they were not present when I purchased the vehicle only two weeks earlier. (I told them I was within my rights to ask for a room for refund) to my surprise they refused. They asked for an independent inspection to be carried out on behalf of the finance company! This was carried out and the reports confirmed everything and also pointed out the rusty condition of the suspension components! Junction 17 are still unwilling to take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle after covering just 500 miles since purchase. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from these people.

Update Over 2 months without a car ! Due to junction 17s none existent customer care I have finally received a refund for from the finance company ( who are trying to recover their money from Junction 17 ) To say I was treated terribly by junction 17 would be an understatement Beware !

Bought a Porsche Boxster late October. No issues pre sale. They agreed to touch up paint chips which was done poorly. After sales has been nothing short of shocking after the original Sales Person left. Still getting notification that tax unpaid for part exchanged vehicle. Took 6 weeks to get personalised plate posted out to us. We have made at least 15-20 phone calls, many unreturned and several emails also not replied to. Staff have been rude with no recognition of customer service. Cannot understand how they justify an admin fee when we have had to do all the chasing of documentation with DVLA. Manager acknowledged that service had been poor but refused to consider refund of this fee. Rang head office to complain to the customer service manager and they haven't even returned our call. Would not buy from them again or recommend them.

I bought a BMW 730 months ago, Jamie salesman sold me an additional guarantee for 400 pounds, to this day I do not know what I bought. I do not have any information, do not respond to emails and their customer service in Nottingham ignores me. The car broke down control steering, sent them pictures and asked for help, but no one answered me. This is a very serious fault and I am afraid to use the car! I strongly advise against purchasing a car in the Junction 17

After review branch contacted with me. At the moment car is during the tests and I'm waiting to appoitment to fix one of the faults. Dealer done even extra mile and asked BMW service to diagnostic car. Misunderstanding at the beginning turned in to excellent cooperation between us. My first opinion was harsh but branch done everything to change it. Thank you 5 stars dealer.

100% would recommend junction 17 cars. I bought a evoque at the weekend from them. The staff are very professional and I got a fantastic deal with my part exchange. I thought it would be difficult as I still had outstanding finance on my Lexus but it was all done dealt and sorted within 2 hours. It was such an easy and relaxing process. I will definitely be back in the future.
