My recent experience purchasing a car from this dealership was largely positive. I was given the opportunity to take the Mercedes for a thorough test drive, which allowed me to get a good feel for the vehicle and ensure everything seemed right at the time of purchase. While we have encountered a couple of minor issues with the Mercedes since taking ownership, the fact that the car is booked in for repairs and is covered by a warranty provides peace of mind. My only slight disappointment is that these issues weren't identified during the pre sale inspection. Overall, I would rate this dealership 4 out of 5 stars because I'm happy that things are in the process of getting sorted.

From my initial inquiry to the final handover, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided clear, concise information without putting me under any pressure. My car was as clean as a whistle, and it was clear they had gone the extra mile to ensure it was presented in perfect condition, both inside and out.
