The customer service at Junction 17 was absolutely flipping fantastic, and the salesman that looked after me was lovely also. My Mercedes has been perfect so far, and I've not noticed any problems with it.

Found a car with the spec I wanted and arranged a visit and test drive. Any issues with the car were sorted including an MOT and oil service, alloys were refurbed and a new tyre fitted on the day I collected the car that was spotted with an imperfection by the salesman before I arrived. No trouble at all and everything went really well. Car is running great. Just need the warranty details that haven't arrived yet so 4/5 for the overall rating.

Very pleasant experience, plenty of time to check out the car on my own without any pressure, and allowed a test drive in my own time. All aspects of my new car and my own covered and ended up with a better than expected trade in.

Junction 17 deserves 5 out of 5. I appreciated them addressing the minor scratches I pointed out on my Audi, and they ensured they would be sorted before I collected my vehicle. True to their word, this was sorted, and I'm chuffed to bits with my car it is brilliant and lovely to drive.

This was my first time using Junction 17. I was initially drawn to a specific vehicle I found online. After reading some of their reviews, I decided to give them a call, and I’m so glad I did. From the first point of contact to the dealer to getting my Ford Focus, the sales executive was helpful and provided great service.

My Land Rover is in good working order. Before the handover, they replaced my car's timing chain. Everything went perfectly during the purchase, they took excellent care of me and the car was immaculate, with a thorough cleaning before I picked it up.

I've never met such friendly, professional, happy people before. The service from Junction 17 Cars was superb. As the previous owner of a Volvo that I purchased from one of the main dealers, while the car was a superb vehicle, my experience with Junction 17 Cars was better. In particular, the after sales service has been fantastic, with Brad making a point to stay in touch with me regularly where the dealership that sold me my Volvo seemed to have forgotten about me once the sale had been finalised. If I could score Junction 17 6 out of 5, I would certainly do so.

I was looking for a Mercedes on AutoTrader when I came across one with Junction 17 that met all of my requirements. The salesperson was genuinely helpful, answering any questions I had. My Mercedes is running perfectly, and I am very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
