Nothing but good things to say about Junction 17 Cars. I had an A5 coupe before but needed something a little bigger as my daughter is growing and no longer fits in the coupe, I went with the A6 and it's a lot more comfortable for us all. I really love the car. The service has felt really personal and all the staff I met seemed lovely. Really happy and I couldn't rate any less than 5 Stars.

The perfect little purchase with Junction 17 Cars, I have always had nice cars and always been a fan of Audi's, I took a A5 as it was comfortably within budget, well specked, in excellent condition and I have always been a big fan of the A5 range. Ednasiou was wicked right the way through, I really got on with him and he never felt anything other than welcoming and informative. I had a little work which needed to be done early on, the navigation system wasn't working intermittently and the headlights needed fixing, I live quite far away, roughly a 4 hour drive so the team told me to take the car to my local Audi specialist and they would cover the costs. The payment was made without delay and I am really happy with the after sales car, equally as much as the car and sales side of things.

I have previously bought from Junction 17 although a long time ago. I have just bought a Toyota Supra. The sales man Benny was very helpful and made the experience easy and with out fuse. They gave me a good trading price for my other car so much so I am already considering buying a second car from them.

Although my car had a coupe minor issues in the early stages, I cannot fault the way the issues were dealt with in the slightest! Every time I have needed to speak to someone, I have been able to, the only time I have had an issue, it was taken seriously, address and rectified quickly. All in all, Junction 17 Cars in Peterborough fill me with confidence that they car about their customers and will do what they can to keep their customer happy, they deal like they want longevity not quick easy sales. Great service!

I want to start by saying that when I purchased my car, the sales guy Raj was really helpful and professional and was not pushy with anything. I have no complaints against him. After having the car for 14 days , I noticed the car was using an abnormal amount of oil. (1 litre for 200 miles) The car was massively over using oil. I called Junction 17, and an advisor told me it must be booked in with their workshop. I chased this for over a week to then be told by the workshop manager Jamie that I could book into a garage of my choice for diagnosis. After initially quoting the problem to Jamie, also apparently one of the CEOs of junction 17 cars, he tried to tell me this is normal for this car. Now anyone with zero mechanical experience would know that this is not normal consumption. Jamie agreed to pay for a 1 hour diagnosis, which he did, and then said he would book it in to his own workshop to carry out the suggested work. Fair enough. I've had to keep ringing over the week as he said he would call to book it in, and he didn't. We are now 5 weeks down the line from raising this issue, and still constantly chasing for resolution. I have made multiple phone calls over the last 5 weeks, I had to make 7 calls within one week to try and get a call back and did not receive a call back. It took me to say to the sales advisor on the 8th call that I will hold the line until he is available, and conveniently, he was instantly available. So yesterday, the car went into limp mode, showing a drivetrain failure. I called again, and Jamie told me to use warranty (which is not worth the paper it is written on) as we are outside the 30-day period. Legal advice tells me that Junction 17 is liable to provide a repair, replacement, or partial refund, so I have now put in a formal complaint and I am prepared to take legal action. Don't be fooled by the high caliber of cars this company have in the showroom and listen to the terrible reviews this company has. I wish I did.

I should have known better, I was warned that shopping at Junction 17 was risky, and I'd even had a bad experience here myself 4 years ago. I'm £200 out of pocket, and I haven't even bought a car from them. ”Fully refundable” deposit my left foot. This deal collapsed sue to Junction 17's error, but I'm the one out of pocket

I bought 2 cars from Junction 17. One bought 3 years ago and the second one last week. Both times were very smooth transactions. Both cars were superb. I gave the first one to my daughter and bought a blue Mercedes-Benz which has been delivered last week to my home address in Doncaster. Absolutely love the car. Very professional team and great experience overall.

!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!! Absolutely worst dealer I have dealt with, they are lairs, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. Bought Audi Q7 which was advertised on auto trader, didn’t had chance to travel 4 hours to view and I trust on the pictures and detail. To impress buyer they quoted 2489 less mileage with excellent condition to show great price, my bad I did blind trust, finalised the deal, collected the car after getting home realised the mileage is incorrect and based on the mileage price should be at least £2-3k cheaper plus have headlamp sensor issue which turns on and off, alloys have visible scratches. After sending them an email about this was told should have read disclaimer on their website, seriously???? Scammers At absolute breaking point with this dealer, taking it further to file formal complaint to ombudsman and trading Standards. If I could give a minus rating, I would.
