Hi I’m not normally a moaner and I don’t as a rule condem anyone or company but this has to be said for these I’m afraid, I bought a car After travelling 160 mile to buy it, in the week before I went I phoned to make sure all the cars history and paperwork was present to be told yes it was, I got there viewed the car agreed to buy and was then told service history would be sent on to me because admin had it so I give them the benefit of the doubt, I purchased car and started my journey back then got on motorway and all of a sudden doing 70mph the under engine tray flew off hitting cars behind not a good start!!! I got home phoned junction 17 and fobbed off for days until I got to speak to someone then to be told no problem we will source another and send it to you, yes they sent one but no where near the correct one so garage charged me for basically a waste of labour trying to fit it !! I then decided to put car in for a health check obviously costing more money for the check and then to be told there were various issues that needs sorting to a cost of £600 so yet again I phoned junction 17 to be told they would only be prepared to put a little towards it I then had then the work done mostly at my cost !!! And have a guess what I’m still waiting for the service history 7 weeks on !! They say it has been misplaced!! Very convenient!!! If you’ve got any sense you would steer clear of this dealer because they are absolute cowboys and very ignorant at that, and customer care and after service is atrocious !!!! My car is now sorted but only due to my own expense I will never deal with this company again they need shutting down to be fair !! Good luck in finding your new car just take the advice and don’t buy from these all the best Tim

Buyer beware. Really disappointed with Junction 17 cars. My vehicle was sold and delivered to me with a fault. After attempts to repair the vehicle I opted for a refund under a customers statutory rights-Consumer Rights act as I was within the cooing off period. Junction 17 cars have refused to provide a full refund and have charged me £1 per mile for the miles used whilst we were back and forth attempting the repair. Other buyers need to be aware of this as this is not in the contract you sign so I have had to start legal proceedings to obtain my refund as I have had over a thousand pounds withheld from me. An awful experience so please beware.

The one star is for the fact the vehicle was well priced compared to others i had viewed....Now it goes downhill! I can honestly say that i have never experienced such terrible customer service as in the bullet points below. 1.Sent a number of messages on the website portal which proudly states that "we aim to respond within 2 minutes" never had any replies. 2.On viewing the car the vehicle had 14780 miles on the clock, not 13205 as advertised...To be fair they knocked off £150 from the £199 ADMIN FEE for this after i complained about it but i had to push them for that. 3. On requesting the free delivery, the salesman stated with a confused look "where did you see that"? its actually advertised on the front page of the website. On speaking to a manager i was told i could not have the FREE delivery as i had received a discount!! {point 2} 4.Salesman informed me that the Warranty was 3 months for Engine and Gearbox unless i wanted to upgrade the warranty package at a cost, he also stated that the first 30 days of the warranty would cover any unforeseen issues with the vehicle....I clarified if this included everything to which he replied Yes, he also stated that i could use a local garage for anything that needed fixing as long as it was VAT registered {saving me a 120 mile round trip}....This is not the case and the 30 day Warranty was not full cover. I found out that one of the Heated seats in the vehicle does not work and was basically fobbed off by Jamie {one of the managers} who sent me a two line message with so many spelling mistakes in it i had to read it numerous times to try and make sense of it I have since sent Jamie two more emails to which he has not responded. In hindsight i did put on the heated seat on the test drive, it was a warm day and i couldn't tell if it was on or not, i just thought it was taking a while to heat up so i dismissed it, knowing what i know now it defiantly was not working as the passenger seat gets really hot. 4. Salesman told me that the vehicle would have a full valet on collection......Not the case, the vehicle had clearly been jet washed but had dry water marks on it, the inside was also not cleaned properly, highlighted by dust and the Lemon Hand wipe under the drivers seat. 5. Was told that there was only one key for the vehicle, i asked the salesman to check the paperwork he had for taking receipt of the vehicle....he did and it showed two keys. He stated that he would ring me before i collected the vehicle to let me know if he could find it {he didn't call} i called him and he stated there was only one key and he had searched everywhere and a mistake had been made on the paperwork when jnc17 took receipt of the car. When i said i really needed two keys and it was putting me off purchasing the vehicle they miraculously found the second one!! { in the key box!!!!} 5. On collecting the vehicle i noticed that the rear number plate was not attached properly and could see that the front and rear plates had been fixed on with sticky velcro patches...i requested this be rectified to which the salesman agreed. At the point they were about to hand me the paperwork they realised that they had not even done the MOT on the vehicle even though i had reserved the car the week before!! Having gone to collect a vehicle i ended up being in JNC17 just shy of 3 hours {they waiverd the last £49.00 off the admin fee for this, but again i had to ask for it} On getting in the vehicle to drive away the number plates had not been touched, by this time i had almost lost the will to live so didn't get them to sort this out. I feel that Jnc17 will tell you whatever they need to to get a sale {even telling blatent lies.... Warrenty/Keys} Once i was out the door they have offered me no customer service whatsoever and won't even respond to me. There are obviously some issues between the floor salesman and the management as i overheard one of them say that the manager was a c**t!! {not giles i might add} One other thing that grated on me was the fact i spoke with manager Jamie on the phone after leaving a deposit saying that i thought the customer service was poor.....Now i am a business owner and if somebody raised an issue like that i would want to know what their concerns were and how i could rectify them....Not Jamie who replied " Well you can have your deposit back then" {really!!} he didn't even ask me what the issues were {all this whilst eating what i can only describe as his lunch!} Not great Jamie when someone is trying to complain. I would avoid this place at all costs OR if not be sure that if they tell you something important make sure you get it in writing {ie...30 day warranty covers everything}

I purchased a car from J17 for £21,500. Little sister I know that the gear box was faulty and I was left with a £6000 bill to replace within months of the purchase. I had contacted J17 previously to make them aware that something wasn’t quite right with the car but they took it in, charged me for diagnostics only to tell me nothing was wrong with the car. After taking it to another mechanic, they hooked up the diagnostic machine and found the gear box needed replacing. J17 were very rude to me and denied all responsibilities for the faulty car they had just sold me. They were happy to take my money but not help when there was an issue. I will never go to these people again as they appear all happy and helpful before they have your hard earned money but once you’ve paid, they want nothing to do with you. I was even threatened by the manager. These people are selling bespoke cars but be careful, they will probably all break down on the way home. The customer service after purchase was appalling and these people should be ashamed of themselves.

Atrocious. I have never been compelled to write a review for any service or product ever but the service I received from Junction 17 was beyond ATROCIOUS. The communications were fine. They saw my car on a popular website for selling cars and suggested they could sell it, which I took them up on. However, once the car was in their possession it all went downhill. There were 3 months available for J17 to sell the car, and I enquired 1 week before this date was to elapse to ask about recollecting my car. However, when I enquired about taking the car back (as I hadn't heard ANYTHING in 3 months), I was told there was interest in the car. Wow -funny, as I hadn't been told before! If I was to take £1k less, apparently it would sell. I wanted to sell my car, so I said yes, I'd accept £1k less. However, after that again I heard NOTHING else until 2 weeks later I received a refund for my tax. Are you kidding me?!? Should the dealer not have had the courtesy to tell me what was going on? Running a business myself, we would keep the customer informed at every step of the way. I then tried to call the contact at Junction 17 (Jacob) who did everything in his power not to answer or return my calls. I wanted to know how much the car sold for - and I am still waiting to find out. Reception kept telling me he'd call back. I got one call back on a Friday night telling me that he'd get back to me on the following Monday with the FINAL PRICE of the car (as I wasn't even told that!!). Lo and behold, I haven't heard back for 3 weeks and today I'm writing a negative review as it is quite literally the WORST experience I have EVER HAD with a car dealership, and I have bought/sold 9 cars over the last 10 years. Apparently, I'm supposed to be paid the money I am owed tomorrow (after 30 days of holding it, with no interest on the money they have made from this) - but I have no faith on this as I can't speak to the contact I spoke to for selling the car, haven't been told about the final price of the car (as I can only imagine they are keeping more than they should), and am still waiting to share finance details to receive my payment. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISINGENUOUS. AVOID.

We though buying a car in lockdown would be hard in fact it has to be easiest transaction i have ever completed. Jacob and his team made it a safe and smooth transaction delivered to our door. Many thanks Mark and Helen
From my first phone call Junction 17 where first class, from the first phone call I was made to feel at ease. After working hard for 30 years and taking a lump sum out of my pension to buy my Bentley GT, I can honestly Junction 17 made it a pleasure.
If i could leave a zero star review I would. Avoid this company at all costs, I would not recommend what I have been through to anyone. Lies upon lies from sales advisor Scott Palmer and sales manager Jacob Bryant. If you are looking to PX a car with outstanding finance to be settled, make sure they pay it on the spot, DO NOT leave them to pay it at a later date as they WILL pay it late/beyond a settlement figure date. If you are still not put off and want to go ahead and buy a car but have asked for certain things to be done to your car, ensure you get them done before you sign anything/collect/take it home, as they will just fob you off for months after. I purchased a car worth £21,500 with an advertised 15k mileage to which it had nearer 17k on it, the car had badly curbed wheels, damaged trim outside and boot trim to which it was not mentioned in the advert, Scott Palmer from J17 said he would have it all fixed, plus a service and a fresh MOT to which he only did the wheel refurb. They serviced the car on the morning of the collection date instead of the 14 days they had before the collection date, replacing Michelin PS4’s tyres for cheap £50 road stone tyres on a sports car with 310bhp. The car was not MOT’d either as I was made aware 2 months after purchase and Scott Palmer also did not get the trim replaced even though in the 14 days leading to the collection date I called 4 times to ensure it was all on schedule to which he said it was (more lies) They also will do tricks to make you pay more for deposits than you agree, I asked to pay £500 out of the positive equity of a PX finance settlement, what they did was use my £500 from my positive equity to take it off the asking price and ask for ANOTHER £500 deposit on collection day meaning it had cost me £1000 really. They paid my finance settlement late, cost me time and money from my finance company, didn’t replace trim and when they did they sent me second trim from a scrapyard delivered by Hermes in cling film which broke. Nearly 3 months later I still to this day (17th Feb 2021) don’t have the replacement boot trim to which Jacob Bryant asked me to invoice him one from the dealership, he just ignores my emails and passes the issue onto someone else for example “accounts are now dealing with it” I have constantly chased J17 throughout this whole process, mainly Jacob Bryant the sales manager, to which he just ignores emails. The customer service at Junction 17 is atrocious, do not take ANY celebrity endorsements seriously. I have tried to contact Leonie Bacon (who appears to be the wife of the J17 owner) who deals with enquires and is a sales director at J17 regarding the poor customer service from Scott Palmer and Jacob Bryant to which she has not responded in over 2 weeks, so she also lacks in the basics of customer service but weirdly is good when it comes to taking a holding deposit. Buying a car is meant to be the second most expensive thing you will do in a lifetime and is meant to be an enjoyable thing but this was far from enjoyable. I had more to write but I don’t have enough space to write it, this company has bad reviews for a reason! Avoid and look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase. *Just to add to this, i left the same review on google and trust pilot and since my review, multiple 5 star reviews have appeared praising both Scott & Jacobs work, more so praising Jacob. Rogue traders would have a field day with this company. *After further investigation, Jacob Bryant had his family (Hannah Charlotte Bryant) and friends give fake 5 star reviews on google to make up for HIS poor customer service. I have over 50 emails to prove how bad the customer service is.

What can I say, Junction 17 ? what an absolute shower ! I have never delt with a more unprofessional, couldn't care less now we have your money company, I went to the showroom late November and signed up to buy a Mclaren 12c, As soon as you sign thats when the problems start, all the sales promises go out the window, Full service sir, new rear tyres sir, workshop will sort that sir, boot liner missing, dont worry sir we will sort that, nothing, delivery was delayed by 3 weeks because sales promises could not be kept, car had to go back to Mclaren for computer work, ( that was about the only thing they did that they said ) Car has an "independent" 190 point check, Rear tyres new it said, good I thought that,s done, finally 2 weeks later the car go's for MOT, guess what it fails on, rear tyres, hmmm? not new as per the "independent report" then, so they replaced 1, the car has Pirellis all round, now it has one worn out Pirelli on the rear and one brand new Goodyear, perfect for a supercar. finally they deliver the car, boot liner missing, you cannot get hold of anybody on the phone or by email, when I finally speak to someone they will look into it and get back to me, so now i've spoken to 3 different people over 2 months, still no call back, still no boot liner, i'm sure they think if they ignore me i'll go away, their customer service is non existent, totally non existent, £73K for the worst buying experience of my life, if you looking to buy anything from them DON'T, save yourself a world of pain and stay well away, hopefully they will be out of business soon, they seem to be doing their best to alienate their customers !

Utterly disgusting & disappointing service with Junction 17 Cars! Do not buy from them! - Potential lawsuit now in progress. (Many reviews saying the same!) I purchased a £18,000 Porsche (cash purchase) from them just before Christmas, at first everything was incredibly positive, informative and the process was easy. There were a few conditions on the sale, one being that the bonnet & front bumper needed to be resprayed due to damage and a price reduction for the lack of service history, service needed and only 1 key being present, and a fresh MOT and all was confirmed, great! Left a deposit and drove 7 hours a few days later to collect my new Porsche. Upon viewing the car everything looked as it should, I picked up on a few things to do with the tyres being perished and looked to have less than the indicated tread depth and the respray looking a little blue which Alex the sales advisor assured me were all correct. I took his word. With the enjoyment I was happy to proceed so I purchased the vehicle. Then my problems began... 1 hour after leaving the showroom my sat-nav decided to conk out, displaying itself in Southampton, hours away from my current destination in Peterborough. I contacted Jamie (who never responded to my message) and after chasing and chasing I ended up paying a garage to replace the GPS Antenna which needed doing, £113.00 not the end of the world. A few days later I returned to my vehicle which was parked in my car detailing studio, the first time seeing it since purchasing due to being with my family over the Christmas period. This was the first time seeing the vehicle in aggressive lighting, I was dead shocked and in horror when I saw the absolute state of my paintwork which had been resprayed by Junction 17 Cars in-house bodyshop. The paintwork is filled with an orange peel effect and ripples, dust embedded in the paint, chips and also a polisher burn in the bonnet! I instantly sent Jamie (the manager) some photos and called the shop, to be told he was busy and would call me back. I was left devastated at the shocking job of my panels, the colour was completely off and looks completely odd on the car, frankly I could have done better with a rattle can. Days go by... I call & call and constantly get told he was busy, 5 days later I was greeted by a rude receptionist who told me “he has 28 days to call you”... great, thanks for that helpful information. 8 days pass and eventually I had enough of chasing, being fobbed off and my messages and calls ignored. I contacted a few local bodyshops to get quotes on a respray, all of which mentioning how shoddy the panel was painted and one of them jokingly came out with “Yee-ha”. I called Junction 17 Cars today in frustration, many many days after first notifying them of the issues to tell them I was booking it in for a respray and that I would pass them on the cost, to which Jamie proceeded to tell me that they are absolutely not paying for it and it isn’t their problem. I then asked for the details of the bodyshop they sent the car to and they exclaimed it was their own bodyshop, so who is liable then? I am left with a £18k Porsche which looks utterly awful. I was told by Jamie to “Seek Legal Advice” and also then accused me of deliberately sabotaging the panel with a polisher to get a free respray? If it had even been done in the first place why would I even sabotage it? I then asked to speak to the director, Mr Bacon, who conveniently was not also available. It was conditional to the sale that these panels were resprayed to a high standard otherwise simply, I would not have purchased it (which is in writing). I was then told I could drive my vehicle back up to them (7hrs round trip) and that they would charge me their time to look at it!!!! At this point, absolutely fuming I terminated the call. He came out with all the typical trader lines of sold as seen, you signed for it blah-blah, not interested. Alongside this, I had the car checked over by a local garage today who told me I needed the tyres changing instantly (the tyre pressures were 11PSI instead of 32PSI for starters!) and the oil was BELOW minimum ... £1100 later for the work and new tyres... It had just had a new MOT fresh with the purchase from Junction 17 Cars. After expressing my concern to the sales advisor on the day of purchase about the tyres and their treads and being told they were absolutely fine as it’s just passed it’s MOT with no advisories I believed him. In total I am OUT OF POCKET by £3,341.88!! - £1,100 being for new tyres - £113.00 for the gps antenna - £2,128.88 for the panels to be painted by a Porsche Approved bodyshop! As you told me to do, I have seeked legal advice and you will be hearing from my solicitors very shortly. I do not wish anyone the experience I have had with this ghastly garage, their con-men and rude staff. Cowboy staff, disgusting mannerisms.
