Really enjoyable experience from reserving the car to driving away from Luke C and the team at Junction 17 Cars. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Jamie at Junction 17 Cars Peterborough has gone the extra mile to make sure we managed to complete the purchase of the Land Rover and the exchange of our vehicle within hours. Fantastic service.
Easiest way to buy a car with Junction17 hassle free .. thanks to Jamie for picking me up in my new car and making the purchase so easy 👍
Amazing service from start to finish found the car on auto trader dealt mainly over the phone to start within a week everything had been sorted with both myself and Junction17 and I collected my new car in less than a week, couldn't ask for a better service.

Can’t recommend this company enough, totally professional, their cars are out of this world, after purchasing my lovely 350z my sales representative Jamie drove 100 miles just to deliver me my new Sports cats personally 5 stars 👍

Saw Audi R8 online, arranged to collect if suitable on specified day, on proviso would be ready to go. Arrived at 11.20, left 3.5 hours later. What should been simple short transaction turned into a crazy situation. Asked about 0% finance, told need 70%+ deposit, no problem. Still not available with 80% deposit & my credit is perfect. So pay's me money in full, £50k+, then told private plate coming off. Er no. All paperwork & emails to date private plate details given! Usual oh you've got a great deal, er no you told me porkies. So agree to continue. Still more hours eventually get out of there with literally fumes in the tank. How difficult to put say half a tank in on a £50k vehicle & it keeps the Client on side. Not difficult. So gets car home eventually after the Facebook claim by them, yes have these wonderful alloy wheel gaitors fitted when you pick the car up, while you wait, 2 hopes in reality. Same as car not even polished in advance, didn't even have a front number plate on so had to wait for it to come back from their workshop before going home. Service interval stalk just falls out when you touch it, can't tell me it hadn't dropped out b4 & they hadn't been aware. Car says it's not in neutral when it is, permanently. Aftersales answer was, did u pay cash or finance?, obviously cash, oh just claim on warranty you have just brought! er no, you fix it. Sat Nav doesn't work at all. Yet within seconds of leaving dealers get sms saying please give us great reviews etc. So no response back from message left day after purchase. Then told will be contacted about issues. 3 days later ask again as no contact. Ask again next day about sat nav. No response for 4 days. Left messages with other people, no response. Send final chance to aftersales & female Director who send sms back saying I'm 'tittle tattling', er no I'm being factual and how dare you! Finally after much insistence get a date 4 them to collect car to do the work after Workshop (ws) manager gives me the oh I was off ploy. Then says I'll call you tomorrow, never did. I chased him again. He is told I'm not overly impressed with their customer service, he assures me it won't happen again. Yeah right. So wait for V5, 3 weeks after purchase sends message to Director, who says she'll pass it on. Turns out they've done NOTHING with the V5, still in old owners name on his private plate sat in someones desk somewhere! Other lady admits this. So by now for insurance purposes we've had a tracker fitted & our insurance are waiting for confirmation of fitting certificate. But we had told the installers to put it in new plate number to save messing about. So insurance won't accept it & threaten to void policy for not sending proof. Also car not covered for theft as you haven't proven car has tracker. All because Junction 17 are happy to take your money but after that you are clearly on your own. Judging by some of the other reviews it seems it isn't just me then. So says they need to do it online & its done instantly by DVLA after checking with DVLA. No too difficult for the part time admin lady who is now MIA for 5 days. Was told by WS manager I'd get a price for some painting I wanted done when car was collected, nope, didn't happen. Call him and told I'll call you later today, nope, didn't happen. Call next day, nope no price. Finally get price. After them having car 6 days now calls for update as should've only taken a week at most as WS assured me parts were ordered already. No response. No response next day either when leave a message on WS's mobile phone saying I wasn't happy again. In interim sends Director email warning her I'm rejecting vehicle as this is getting ridiculous now. Gets WS manager on phone to me, being aggressive, argumentative etc saying he was off again today & yesterday, wow some job he has. But couldn't pass on a message or know an update at all. Reckons Director moaning at him. Then challenges me to try to reject! Now done clowns as per email.

Marc in response to AVOID these Arthur Daley's or else!!!!
Junction 17 eventually resolved the issues although their Directors need to accept responsibility for their staff and business and stop hiding behind their staff. Accept your sales and Aftersales experiences are poor at best and then perhaps you might actually gain more customers. Simple customer service isn’t hard to do is it. £20 or more in a fuel tank on an in excess of £50k car isn’t hard to do is it? It goes a long way and as a retired successful business person myself you will find you actually get repeat custom for something so simple. It’s not all about the bottom line at the end of the day especially in this age of social media.
I’ve just spent all of my savings on a new Mercedes and I have no regrets!!! She’s beautiful and my salesman was really great at convincing me to spend all of my money without feeling pressured - top marks to him!!! Juliette

Great experience, can’t fault these guys or the service. Don’t normally leave reviews but felt they really deserved it.

Just sold my car through Junction 17 using their brokerage service. Jacob was great and kept me informed the whole way through the process. I decided to use Junction 17 after having some bad experiences trying to sell my car privately. Thanks again guys will be using this service again in the future.
