Wasn't sure what to expect from J17 Cars, to be honest I wasn't really feeling the customer support that was promised. Ran out of fuel on the test drive and found a fault with the convertible roof while I was waiting for some fuel to arrive. But to there credit, all problems were addressed and sorted out. I wasn't happy about the log book going missing so I couldn't tax it for the trip home. All the way through the whole time I was dealing with these guys, one person stood out above all otheres, Leonie was great, she sorted out all the things that the others were supposed to sort, so a big thanks you to you.

Customer service at J17 Cars is very poor, and i have never experienced any company with such a low standard of service to the customer. I have had better ser ice from companies in China than what i have had from Junction 17. they have to be chased at every stage to sort out anything, I would Never recommend anyone using this company because you won't get what they promise you When complained was told we have never had this situation before, we pride ourselves on our service, so far I have not seen anything like service just idle promises Do not use this company unless you want problems !!!

Came a long way to see a maserati from oxford. The staff said he didn't have a fuelcard and asked me to pay for the fuel for test drive. it seems they don't really care about customers. First time I heard that I need to pay for test drive fuel in a dealership.
