Having read the odd negative review on this site I was a bit apprehensive about buying my latest car from Junction 17, however I must say my experience was excellent from start to finish. The choice and standard of vehicles on display in the beautiful showroom is first class as is the knowledge and friendliness of all the staff. Junction 17 were more than happy to let me test drive a couple of vehicles that I was interested in and this was no problem to the staff, I can't blame them for not letting just anybody test drive a top of range and very expensive vehicle that is totally beyond their means!! Overall I'm very happy with my recent purchase and will certainly return to Junction 17 for my next car.

Junction 17 Cars were really helpful right from the word go. They knew that I had a budget to work to and were incredibly thorough in finding me a suitable car. Found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and honest with information regarding possible options for me. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the Fabia sold to me from Junction 17 and have had no problems whatsoever since. I had a great experience buying from Junction 17 Cars and would happily recommend them! I was looking for a sporty car and a friend suggested I visit Junction 17. After browsing their amazing showroom I spotted a Mini that looked great - after a test drive I was in love! Luckily they did me a great deal and had it ready for me to drive home that day. The guys at Junction17 were all friendly and professional and I'll definitely be going back for my next car... My Mini's been brilliant and never let me down but I keep getting tempted by the Porsches in their showroom!

My experience was really very good. I was made to feel welcome and given space and time to look over the vehicles. The showroom was clean and well presented with a surprisingly wide range of cars. When I wanted assistance I was met with polite and friendly staff who were interested and attentive. The atmosphere was light and relaxed and I test drove 3 cars before making a purchase. My visit was based on a recommendation and I would happily do the same myself. The whole sales process was quick and easy in a way that reassured. I don't normally like car dealerships but I trust the service and would definitely return to Junction 17 Cars Peterborough.

My son and I went to look at Nissan 350zs and BMW Z4s. He owns a Prestige convertible already and was looking to upgrade so we drove up in the soft top. As stated by many people we were treated like a couple of tyre kickers, no test drive without a deal was the response from the salesman whilst most of the other salesmen were outside smoking. Not a good impression and given that my son had a 5 figure sum sitting in his bank, they just lost a potential return buyer. It obviously depends who you see as the reviews are polarised, however anyone worth his salt should talk to the buyers before making snap judgements.

We had a very pleasant experience right from the off! The moment we walked through the door just browsing, to leaving with the perfect car. There were no hassles, no hard sales pitching and the staff were very friendly and courteous throughout. We have since been back on a couple of occassions just to look at the cars and always met with a friendly greeting and coffee (which in itself is fabby!). Would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking for something a bit special.
