I called Phil regarding a BMW M3 they had for sale and was very happy with the description over the phone so decided to go and view it. It was as described bar a few other minor details but they were honest when they were mentioned, we agreed a deal and when I returned the next weekend to collect it everything had been done and the car re-cleaned ready for collection. Very good service and car in pristine condition when collected. Easy paperwork handover and in all a very smooth process. Luke and the team were great. Just waiting for the locking wheel nut and Sat Nav disc but they are on there way. Pleased to recommend Junction 17

Very pleasant change to the normal high pressure sales , or being completely ignored, in car dealerships which is why it has probably taken me 9 years to change my car! Friendly staff - as a female, car salesmen are usually very smarmy and patronising, but this is not what I experienced - thank you Philip and Kate. Nice touch when MD shook hands and thanked us for our custom! My car was ready when arranged and immaculately presented. We traded in a car against my new vehicle but I still had my old car to sell which they also bought. Very happy with the deal and money was in my account instantly.

I had fantastic service from start to finish. I was very pleased with the customer service I was given, I thought the staff were really friendly. I bought a BMW Z4 and gota really good finance package with motonovo. I part exchanged my Audi TT and they beat my quote from we buy any car which was brill. I spoke to Jamie the sales manager and I enquirered about a lotus Elise and got told that it was in great condition apart from some stone chips (minor thing!) got to the store and looked The car and saw a fair few chips in the window and they said you will expect that and the insurance will fix that! i wasn't happy with that response! I also looked at the car and thought there was a scratch but then they looked and noticed it was a stone protector and he called me something I extremely offensive for not noticing it (joke or not I wasn't impressed being called this by the sales manager!) After purchasing the car it broke down and I had asked for the warranty details that I had purchased! After over a week of calling and leaving numerous of messages and talking to staff I eventually get the information needed to get the car fixed! After trying to call the warranty people for 4 days I finally get through to them to find out that they will not fix the car as it is over 10 years old so I was miss sold the warranty and it broke down with in the month of purchase they are not interested to get it fixed!! I am still trying to call to get something done about the problem and i am currently talking to trading standards for advise as no one is willing to help.

I have spoken to the Jamie that looked after your sale and he assures me that at no time was he rude or offensive towards you. Our sales team have to be professional at all times and know that any jovial comments must be in good taste. It is not our policy to instruct our customers to use insurance for their windscreens, which he also confirms he did not suggest. I have spoken to the managing director of GEM Warranty in great length. They monitor all calls and any warranty enquiry is logged. They have no record, what so ever, of any calls received from yourself and certainly no conversation where you were told that you would not be covered. Your vehicle is covered by warranty and has not been miss sold. A vehicle cannot be recovered by breakdown recovery if it is over 10 years old, is the only clause in the policy. I have tried to call you myself and left you a message to return my call to no avail, as has GEM warranty. They have also emailed you. We have had no conversation with you regarding this matter and have not refused to do anything about your vehicle. We work very closely with Trading Standards to ensure that our business is compliant with their expectations. Showroom looked great, young man even said hello as arrived, cars look good and reasonably priced. Saw a car I was interested in, so on Saturday we trundled over. Should I have to call ahead to see if it's there? Well I would like to think their stock is updated in a speedy fashion! Spoke to said young man who went off, came back saying one of the directors had it for the weekend. Fair enough, left my card and he said they would call Wednesday when back. Still awaiting that call back. If the idea is to sell cars , maybe have them there or take at call me when I can see it! Pity seems a really good operation.

Buying a car in my experience is a nightmare and rarely do car dealers live up to their claims and this outfit fall well short. I am sure they make money, after all they have been in business since 2010. I have about £30k to spend so I decided to pop along today with my 7 month old son and just see if they live up to their customer service claim. I asked about a car with £4k my rationale being if you are passionate about selling me a £4k car then its more than likely you care. I was in the show room a full 10 minutes and nobody said good morning hello etc. I then asked a guy who was more concerned typing on his pc than to help me just shouted down the show room I need to go to the office if I need help. I went to the so called office and someone got up to help but it was another guy who came out with the keys to view this £4k car. All he did was click the car open, no conversation at all, no greeting, name taking, no pleasantries I felt I was getting in the way so I spent a few seconds feigning interest and said thanks. As I left no one said good bye! It was as if I didn't exist. So it will come as no surprise I will not be spending my money here. The cocky swagger does wash with me!

They were just preparing for the day ahead, as you had come in prior to our opening hours. As soon as you made it known that you wanted to view a vehicle it was shown to you, even though they were only just opening. When you were not interested you were not pressurised into purchasing it. The showroom opened at 10.30 I walked in at 10.33 I walked around a good 15 mins before I was bellowed at to go to the right office. Ask the guy who served me what my name was or how far I'd travelled (50 miles!) even the name of my little boy or what I was looking for what budget I had what made me call in? Yet he will not know he never spoke to me yet he had time for a fag when I left. I had no interest in the car because the salesman and the rest of team took no interest in me. But you are a great a customer service so you say!!!
My husband and I wanted to buy a boxster and we have been looking for ages for the right one. We are currently sunning ourselves in Greece and was looking on Autotrader yesterday and found the most perfect one on junction 17s website. We thought we may miss out as we're on holiday so we rang them and we were able to reserve it off sale until next week when were back. We spoke to Jamie and he was very polite and helpful on the phone. We're so excited and so impressed they were prepared to do that. If I am able to I will leave another review when we've purchased it. But so far I am giving junction 17 5stars!

I rang the about a £25,000 car and basically the person on the phone was rude and didn't wish to speak about it "all the details are on the web". The car in question has an enthusiastic following, most owners or sellers will talk about them. On the web it says the catalytic converter has been removed, I asked about it and if it had one and he said I guess not. Well that's illegal (not just an MOT fail). Will I drive 2 hours to view the car....I don't think so. I expected some help on the phone, but what I got has put me off, I think I'll find my car else where, even if I have to wait.

I had two occasions to visit and use Junction 17, the first to buy a used Aston Martin Vantage, I was given a very honest run down of the vehicle history and possible problems I might face with it after sale. I am pleased to say that no faults have appeared with the car. It is rare to find such honesty when buying second hand. On the second occasion I sold a Porsche 993 through them, the car was in a minor accident on the way to deliver it to them, they had the car repaired before sale ( only minor bodywork painting to do) and charged me a very reasonable price for the repair with no fuss. I would highly recommend Junction 17, Peterborough whether you are buying or looking to sell your car.
