It was good experience at Junction 17, no issues. The BMW is a bespoke vehicle which they had and it met my needs. Only niggle is I haven’t received the logbook yet but on the day the staff were good, pleasant, friendly. Rarity of the car made me buy and it was in my price bracket.

Going ok with the van I bought, It hasn’t blown up yet. They were friendly enough at Junction 17. Salesperson was cool, helpful. Did everything he needed to do, wasn’t pushy. I saw it online, went to look at it, process was easy peesey. Couple of days to collect which was more on me as they offered to deliver it. I gave four stars as sometimes communication was delayed. I’ve no complaints.

Love my new Tesla. I saw it on Autotrader at a good price and they are fairly close to me. On the day was fine, I got test drive an everything, no problem. They could have done better on the day of collection. When I picked up the car there were some confusion over what was owed and there wasn’t a full charge on the car. However, it’s a fantastic car, finding the switch to electric ok. I would us them again.

It's going fine with my S3. I’d been looking for one for ages and Junction 17 had the one I was after in the spec I wanted. First time using them and my experience was fine. Few bits that I need to sort out but nothing major. Quick process to collect. I test drove then a week late drove it home. The car was clean on collection but could have done with a proper clean inside but it was nothing major, just a few bits and bobs.

The car is lovely. The dealership is close to me and they the model I was after and at a price I could afford. Staff on the day were brilliant when I first went to look at it and went back a second time to collect. Communication was terrible during this time. It was hard trying to get in touch with the salesman as I had left a reservation and tried to communicate that but couldn’t get through to anyone but eventually I got through to someone who assured me the deposit had arrived and car was reserved. Prior to collection the dealership didn’t know the MOT was needed. Car wasn’t clean when I collected it. Low score as they need better communication and better prep of the cars for collection but the car l chose is lovely.

My first time using them and they were alright. It was the salesman first sale which was good. They were courteous and the manager was alright. We had a test drive and only when we drive the car away did we notice a smell so possibly an ex smokers car. The dealerships premises were clean and smart.

I saw the car on Autotrader, phoned up to make appointment and then went to see it. Buying the car was a bit of a mission as we agreed a trade in price then when I went back the following weekend, the valuation for the car wasn’t accepted and they gave me a lower figure. The sales manager dealt with and gave me the wrong information on the car. The showroom is nice but this one person let me down. Some of the staff members were good. The car runs and drive well but the aircon isn’t working so I need to get it looked into.

Communication was brilliant, couldn’t ask for more. I can't remember the sales person name, they showed me the car and put some fuel in it. Gave me a cleaning pack aswell. Only drawback was I didn't think it was a twin turbo, but its all good. There was a bit of a mix up during collection. I traded my car in but didn’t realise I need to bring down the agreement of the finance but we got it sorted in the end. The premises were nice and clean, I was offered me coffee. It didn’t feel like any other dealership, the staff dress smartly.
