I'm sorry to hear about your experience, if you haven't already done so already then please report them to Trading Standards. It will take a bit of time but the more people that report them/him the more chance justice can be made.

We were very pleased with our experience in buying a used car . The car was as described and overall will definitely recommend this garage to family and friends .

AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH, misleading advert , false advertising, deposit of £500 taken, kept changing their names Adam,,BEN ,Assam,kept blocking my calls and emails, texts, refused to cooperate, bunch of cowboys, reported to police, autotrader, trading standards, DONT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSITS AND PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS, DISGUSTING AND FELT THREATENED!!!!!!

The simplest, smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Never thought I would say I enjoyed spending £10k. I made first contact, followed by a personalised video. Then came the figure which were exactly where I wanted them to be. Happy with what we had agreed, we went over to the dealer, we were greeted by the salesman, who made us all feel welcome.. The car same with full MOT, 4 new tyres, a years warranty. All in all, like I already said, smooth, easy and friendly transaction.
Very happy with our purchase and a big thank you to Junction City would definitely recommend.
If you take anything from this, you need to avoid these scam artists as so many people have been conned and left without a car that is fit for purpose. They take money fast and then go off the face of the planet. Please please please avoid!!!
