i must apologise for my lack of professionalism with my tardy responses over the last month. unfortunately i have had some personnel issues to deal with, along with lockdown and covid restrictions , preventing me from dealing cars face to face ,this of course topped with being closed for over a week during the Christmas and new year period which is the first time off i have had since march due to corona. All this has sadly led to your grievance and subsequent complaint with a bad review, again i apologise steven , sorry.

Somebody has mentioned on google they sell clocked cars and are verbally abusive and incompetent.... Junction Garage Car Sales are one to avoid...
Avoid Junction Garage Car Sales if you like to be verbally abused and have totally incompetent people trying to repair your car with no idea. Avoid for sales and repairs.

I have not experienced any issues with any customers while in business , I just presume this is another crank review , one of the many keyboard warriors that leave negative feedback that have never visited my garage !! If you have a genuine issue with our service in anyway , you contact me directly and air your problem and I will resolve it .
I bought an Insignia from Eric at Junction Garage Car Sales. The car was immaculate when collected and had been given a full service. I subsequently discovered the aircon was not working. As I live a long way from Preston, Eric suggested that I had the aircon recharged locally. He has now reimbursed me. I consider him to be honest and trustworthy and would recommend the garage for sales and service to anyone.

Pleasant experience, no problems. I would recommend. I bought an Audi TT a few months back and it's still running beautifully, The car was clean and in good condition when I collected it and the value for money is great. The dealers were very helpful and friendly too.

Eric at junction garage was really nice and very helpful. I purchased a Seat Leon from here a few months back and everything was quick and easy. have had no issue sat all and i'm really happy with the car!
