WHAT A Place. 3rd car I have bought from them and I have to say by far the best company I have ever delt with Sam was on the phone and wats app me a video of the car after my call to them to show me the C4 auto as I live 50miles away across the Humber bridge. The car was really outstanding and was polished with their special diamond bright polish. Not cheap but worth every penny (recommend if you are getting a car as you get a pack of all the products in a case in the boot) Sam rang me to tell me when it would be ready and when would I like to come and collect it ( not like other dealers that say you collect at a certain date and time. In all a happy customer. So much so I gave the c4 to the wife and went back 8 weeks later to get another car from them a audiA5 this time and same quality of service as always. and have to the best coffee ever... Thanks. I collected my GLS on Wednesday , Tom Cotton looked after us , had all our paperwork prepared , changed our registration details , taxed the vehicle , just took all the stress away from us when changing our car . This is the second Mercedes I have purchased from this company, and both have been superb although have only had the latest purchase a couple of days. The sales guys could not be more helpful. Tom sold me the first one 18 months ago and was so helpful I returned a week ago and we bought a Mercedes AI for my wife. This time dealt with Connor who was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely five stars.

Changed my car a few weeks ago now and as we are all restricted by covid rules and regulations I was a little bit apprehensive, but I really didn't need to be concerned as Adam Kent the salesman that dealt with our new purchase was very professional indeed and everything was done within covid rules. We exchanged our Audi A6 allroad for a stunning SQ7 and what a car it is I must say, All the figures were agreed over the phone and the car was ready to pick up very soon after that. Adam had all paperwork ready and even changed over our private plate, tax the new car and applied for refund from the A6. We brought the A6 from this garage so we know they offer excellent service and everyone is very friendly and helpful. We had the A6 serviced here and again that was excellent service very reasonably priced and free courtesy car.
