Went to Just Audi VW looking for a car due to being in a pickle with a pcp deal. Went by recommendation from my Dad who does not recommend people often. Walked around the cars without being hassled found one I liked and asked Stuart for a test drive. He took me out with no bother and after asked me what I thought I explained my difficult situation and he offered to have a look. Honestly can’t thank the team enough for all they did for me, I know people say car salesman will do anything for a sale but this dealership is different to anything I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond. Stuart was absolutely lovely and a really experienced salesman. Thank you all so very much for my Seat Leon. I only picked up the car today and have recommended you to three people. Fantastic service.

Had my car collected for repair and a courtesy car dropped off. Repairs were almost half of what I’d been quoted from a local garage, from the first phone call until I collected my fixed car, Steve and his team were professional, efficient and made a stressful time easy. I bought my Audi TT in August 2017 from Just Audi VW in Lincoln. I dealt with Nathan who was extremely helpful and professional. The car was immaculate and nearly 12 months later is still running like a dream. The trip from Yorkshire to view and collect the car was well worth it. The overall experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend this company.

Best experience I have had when buying a car. From the outset they were professional, Efficient and more importantly, so helpful . Stuart was fantastic and after a long drive up to view and test drive the vehicle, I wasn't disappointed. The detail they go to is brilliant. Stuart would not allow me to take the vehicle on the day as the petrol cap catch was broken. Attention to detail or what! They even serviced the vehicle whilst it was awaiting the part even though it had 6000 miles before it was needed. To top it off they then drove it the 120 miles down to my house today. I cannot rate these guys any better.
