I purchased a car online. They gave me a delivery day but on the day it was supposed to be delivered they called me and said that they would be unable to deliver. I tried to go and collect the car myself for the next 2 days but was told that they didn’t even have the car. When I was finally able to pick up the car, it had a cracked windscreen which wasn’t on the photos online and they refused to fix and the radio doesn’t work. The manager I was dealing with called Red said that he will send me the full service history but didn’t. It’s now a month later and I’m still waiting for the log book and they are not responding to me. I should have listened to the reviews and AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I ordered my new electric car from JustEVs and it was delivered super quickly. I am so happy with the car and would highly recommend buying a car through their online team. They were able to help with my part exchange even though it wasn't electric. I used this company as they are an electric speciailist and I am glad I did as they answered all my questions

My experience with JustEVs was awful and I'm quite surprised at their score here! They had won a bid to purchase my car back in mid-September, according to sales terms they should've picked up the car within a few days. I got a template email from Red Middleton the next working day which was a good start but after that he was nearly impossible to get hold off either over the phone getting him to respond to emails. They failed to arrange to pick up the car for 2 weeks but eventually set a date and turned up to collect. Ahead of this appointment I reaffirmed the scuffs on my wheels and sent high res pictures of all my alloys which they confirmed ahead of the appointment was fine and won't effect the price. On the day of the collection they turned up and did an assessment of the car. The assessor highlighted the issues he found which was one very minor stone chip to the front bumper and scuffs on the alloys. Red Middleton then called to discuss these issues where I reminded him that I sent the pictures of the alloys and he agreed I had and it was all fine. He went off to arrangement payment for the car. In this period I did a factory reset of my car, losing all my car configuration setting and access to my mobile app. The person collecting the car even wanted to get it on the back of his truck. About 20 minutes later Red Middleton calls and says his Manager suddenly decided to pull out of the deal citing 'damages not reported' which he conceded wasn't the alloys as I sent the pictures ahead of time which only leaves a stone chip was measured a few millimeters. They didn't offer another price and before I know the truck driver even drove off! Despite attempting numerous times to get a straight answer from the company why they wasted my time, no one would get back to me, they wouldn't answer my calls or emails. It seems quite apparent to me now they bid for the car willy nilly and then Red Middleton proceeded with the sale without authorisation. It's only when it came to sending the money did it get reviewed by Management who decided they don't want to go ahead. In summary, I'm not even upset about them not going ahead with the purchase but it was their poor communication, very difficult to get hold off, promises of call backs made from everyone you speak with no follow through. Just a really bad customer service experience!

I was looking to switch to electric and spent about a month researching. In the end I decided to go with the Renault Zoe ZE40. I saw a battery owned one advertised at "Just EVs" Southampton branch so I called and within few hours I've had my finance sorted. After this my sales person disappeared and someone else started covering for him. At first it seemed everything was under control. So little I knew. Received an order saying the car will be delivered on 21/09/2021. Today after multiple attempts to speak to someone at the branch for an update I received a call saying the car now can't be delivered until Friday. They ran into a bit of a snag, you see. I've already sold my other car assuming the delivery date on the order will be met. I suggested I could arrange for a collection. Turns out the vehicle is not even in the branch. Nothing I can do about it and am now stuck without a car. Head office was useless coming up with 1001 excuses about preps, checks and the usual car dealers rubbish. I regret not going with Renault directly or someone more trustworthy like Drive Green. To sum it all up - poor service, dishonest and best avoided.

Very very poor. Unfortunately turned out to be the very worst version of 2nd hand car salesmen. Very good sales patter but full of lies and following many civil attempts to rectify the situation we are having to start legal action. Their advert on auto trader stated range of 106 miles for a Nissan e-NV200. This was confirmed verbally several times by the salesman prior to purchase. Even when fully charged it never shows higher than 85 mile range. Then if you drive very sensibly in eco mode without heating on for just 14 miles the range drops to 40 miles?!? Absolutely unusable and clearly mis-described. They do not want to know. Just replying through some shoddy online ‘law firm’ Lawgistics? Horrendous business and best avoided if you want to avoid hassle, lost money, lost time, lost business and above all dishonesty!

I would recommend Just Ev Southampton from start to finnish they where very proffessional and knowledgeable paid for car on tuesday it was delivered on thursday 2nd car bought off them salesman Andy is brilliant one happy lady
