My car developed an intermittent clutch/pedal fault a couple of days before my long drive home to Scotland. The local Main Dealer only offered a 3 week lead time to LOOK at the car, let alone repair it. I came across JNCC through the AA website. JNCC took the car in the following day. The fault did not reappear during the workshop inspection or road test, but the discussion around the problem gave me the confidence to make the long drive, which thankfully was completed without incident. James King and his team provided exceptional dedication to customer service, the like of which is rarely seen in the motor trade; and YES, I definitely WOULD buy a second-hand car from this man.

Having bought my car from this dealership a few years ago, I return annually for services, mots and repairs (of which there were only 2 minor ones) and have been so impressed with the courteous manner I am treated. A fair price for services,everything explained in a no fuss, no hurry manner. Premises are tip top, clean and welcoming. The sales team are above and beyond excellent. I recommend highly.

I bought my Nissan Juke from here in Sep 2019 but sadly my transmission was out almost a year later. I approached the office and all the staff provided the much needed support from the beginning to the end. My warranty helped with the unexpected huge bill and only paid a bit towards the final costs. He looked at our car about a month ago, made out his offer instantly, and took possession of the car just now in strict accordance with the offer he had made a month ago, no deduction having been made at all whatsoever. What an amazing place. Straight away you see that the name of the company isnt a lie. The most immaculate cars I've ever seen.
