Only had car two months and its needed brakes discs and shocks then a week later gearbox gone no replies from Amit at Just The Car Ltd.

Not a good experience - very disappointed with the Chesham branch - I've been sold a car that was ok for a bit, and now, after a couple of months, the clutch is going and will cost me nearly £500 to repair, and there are holes in the bottom of my car which cannot have appeared over a few months of hot and dry summer weather - consequently the car will not pass the MOT and will cost a lot to repair - not worth it at all, I really regret spending my money with this dealership. The previous MOT's must have been faked and I find this dealership to be untrustworthy. I will not be buying from them again, sadly just another dodgy dealer it would appear... Would not recommend these guys at all
Just The Car in Hemel Hempstead were happy to sell faulty dangerous car to a girl with a new baby, never ever trust this man he has no morals & after trading standards got involved & forwarding to court he finally after 7 months returned some of the money leaving my daughter £500 down & without a car to drive.

Hi could I have some info about trading standards please? This man sold me a faulty car also..I have all receipts for work I've had to have done since,plus pictures of this car underneath.
I bought a car from Just the car ltd at a reasonable price however 2 days later we found thick mould growing from the back seats, the back doors and head rests. The mould was because the person that washes the cars jet washed in the insides!! We only noticed that the back seats where wet when we got it home. Amit assured me that this would dry out and that it was cleaned ‘really nice’ for us, I think this is a deluded idea on how cars should be internally cleaned. I called up 3 days later and asked what could be done, Amit was very unhelpful and dismissive and didn’t want to take responsibility for his staff. I sent him 10 pictures of the mould on whattsapp and he said we bought it how we saw it. We didn’t see mould when we bought it. He apologised but didn’t want to be liable for the damage that his staff caused, he later hung up on me. I would certainly never want to do business with this company ever again!!! Very very poor customer service and very rude.
I found Amit Thakrar from Just the car ltd to be extremely helpful and polite throughout the entire process of buying my car, he even picked me up from the station. The vehicle was exactly as described and I've had no problems with it since I purchased it 6 months ago. I would highly recommend this dealership and I found Amit to be very honest and easy to get along with and would certainly deal with him again. Definitely a thumbs up for this dealership from me!
