Bought nissan nv400 as immaculate by their description so far I've spent £800 I've texted him and been ignored as they knew of the faults but still sold as immaculate. Future customers please avoid just vans and trucks.
Just Vans and Trucks come across as a good guy but If you dare to leave a deposit and decide not to buy he keeps your money. I had serious concern about a gearbox on the particular model he couldn't care less. Despite Citizens Advice and trading standards saying he has to refund he's refused point blank.

William was excellent in sorting out our new van for my joinery business in Cornwall, exactly as described, loads of photos to view before we bought so we just went ahead with the purchase and had it delivered , saved us a 12 hour round trip , we will be using this dealer again very soon , thanks again !
