I recently bought my new car from this garage that i had found advertised online. The guys at JV motors were helpful and informative on the phone and great to deal with in person as well. I was given a fair price on the car i traded in and there was no hard-sell tactics in sight. great garage and great service.

The car was not as described, it was knocking and rattling when I bought it. I then sent it back four times and they said they had completing fixed the car but it came back exactly how I bought it. Then when I asked for my money back they told us it dosent work like that there both rude and arrogant with no customer service skills or people skills f****** disgraceful Don't. Buy. A car from jv motors !!!

This was an unfortunate case which we do not come across very often. The customer was given a courtesy car for the time we had their car. After we carried out the repairs on the car which all seemed ok when we gave it back we did reach an agreement to purchase the car back from the customer as they were still not happy with it. We always try to help in anyway we can and carry a good reputation after over 30 years of trading locally. Apologies to the unhappy customer and as i said we did purchase the car back so I think we acted very fairly as they had the car for over 3 months and covered several thousand miles. JV Motors
Good overall service, good car but had to take it back as the in car radio did not work....was not fixed on that day, but was advised that it could be an areial problem, and to purchase another....not a big problem but it could have been checked over by JV Motors before putting it up for sale!.
I bought a car from JVMotors Ltd. and found them pleasant and straightforward with no hard sell. The part exchange was realistic and the vehicle bought was well presented with all pre-agreed work being done. I had a post sales issue with the radio but this was dealt with without any problem. I would use this firm again and would recommend them

I bought a car from JV Motors Ltd and can tell people that's this is a local little independent car dealership, I would honestly recommend them. The two guys who run the place were great, no hard sell just a decent friendly service, always answer the phone when I've got a question, best of luck to them both.

Car was as advertised. Was serviced, mot'd and clean. They were very helpful answering all questions over email as I am a long way from them. A friendly guy came to collect us from the train station in the car and drove us back to the dealership which was nice to expierence the car before taking it.
