What I really like about JZM is the personal contact and frequency of it eg - a reminder of the booking in advance, e mail findings reports, phone calls to discuss and honesty. Michele Gibbs, the Office and Service Manager leads the way here.

Michelle at JZM was very helpful in arranging my service/MoT. allowing sufficient time to allow for any Warranty claims to be assessed- no surprise here - there were none. I called this garage on Friday morning the 10th of June, because i had a warning light up on my dash of my Boxster I spoke to Michele Gibbs, who gave me an appointment for the same day at 2pm I took my car in, the ran my car into the workshop and then returned it back to me within 20 minutes all sorted They didn't charge me, Now that's a service Well done Michele and thank you

I purchased a 992 Turbo S cab from One of the main Porcshe dealerships last week, the first time I used the car I unfortunately picked up a screw in my rear tyre, I called a local contact JZM that has helped me in the past and booked my 911 in to have the Tyer replaced, the service manager Michele Gibbs did a health inspection on the car and brought to my attention some mechanical issues, I really appreciate his attention and am a little concerned that it wasn’t picked up on the 100 plus pre delivery check prior to handover.
