I bought a car from K Carz recently but found this car to be unroadworhy after a trip to the garage because of noise problems we found out that this car was not roadworthy so contacted the seller but he didnt want to know and after a few attempts at getting our money back have given up and our now going through citizens advice to proceed with court proceedings i would advise anyone too give this company a wide berth.

Was really excited to find the exact car I was looking for, went to view and purchased it. Bought an Astra 1.9 CDTI which when I test drove had a fuel injector problem which I was assured would be repaired, went to collect the car and all seemed well. Driving home big plumes of black smoke coming out the back which I was told because they had just changed injector and it would clear up. Took car to another garage as wasn't sure and they, as well as a dodgy injector, diagnosed a cracked manifold which was making the inside of the car smell. Back to the garage it went and they repaired it, air conditioning wasn't working and they tried to fob me off by saying it wasn't their problem when I had to argue that air con was mechanical not a consumable and that it was the pump at fault not the lack of gas, they tried to sell me an upmarket pump but said no. Car came back and still wasn't working properly so took it to another garage to be repaired. Just a horrible experience, had problems with the car ever since m, engine management light coming on when accelerating. Ended up buying another car from a proper garage, just avoid these guys. Seemed OK to talk to but once they have your money they're not interested, would never buy from a small garage like this again.

I lived a few hours away, so i asked them to guarantee me that there was nothing wrong with car, as i have to drive a long way back. That was a lie. When I drove car home on long motorway,both the the oil and tyre light came on, Got the car checked out and there was a oil leak on the gearbox. One of the brothers wasn't not helpful, and just wanted to take money and off you go. Both front and back discs were completely corroded, and was badly rubbing. Had to spend a extra 800 quid to fix part of the issues. Really bad sale when ur parting with alot of money, you want a honest dealer. they said you have nothing to worry about. thanks alot.

Ive just brought a BMW from k carz . I found both brothers helpful and easy to contact, car runs a dream. Was helped with taxing it before i left . good lads. Only thing i could fault if i was really picky the car was right on the red fuel level. But theres a tesco garage 30 seconds away so no drama. Good lads plenty of stock

I brought a car from K Carz and they just painted the alloys and it was starting to peel so for the full asking price they said they would strip and re spray them properly. So a week later I brought the car back they had my car for two weeks and didn't do any of the other body work that was written down and just sprayed over the old paint on the alloys and got most of the paint on the tyres so the expense of traveling to Peterborough wasn't worth it.

The people were unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. We drove for over 3 hours to view a car that we were informed was excellent standard and ready to drive away. When we arrived the car was tucked away in the garage so my partner asked if it could be taken outside so that we could view it properly, this was met with a huff as if it was too much trouble. The car was in good condition but could have done with a thorough clean and when we checked the paperwork it was and had been out of MOT for 6 months! We were told that this would only take half hour to sort?! When looking at the advisories from the previous MOT it became clear that if the work that had been previously advised had not been completed then the car would in fact fail the MOT and not take half hour to sort out! This was a complete waste of both their and our time and the attitude that we received from the two owners regarding the MOT etc was disgusting! We would not recommended this company
