Jamie and Kelly are friendly and genuine and there is no pressure selling. We were allowed to take the car on an unaccompanied test drive before making the decision to buy. Have purchased many cars over the years but this was the best experience by far. Meeting Lilly the dachshund was a bonus!!

I bought a mercedes from K J prestige. The customer service was excellent and the car was in immaculate condition! Jamie and Kelly really went out their way to help. I will be returning!!
We bought a car from kj prestige which within a couple of weeks started making a loud noise from the front wheel. After getting nowhere with kj prestige we went to court and sued them and won! Similar to Mr and Mrs Walters story below we were accused of being abusive which could not be further from the truth. A member of staff was hostile towards my family who were concerned that he was allowing me to drive my newborn son in a car that was unsafe! He would not even submit to the court the cctv footage showing the situation where he was hostile towards us and not us towards him! We got our car fixed by a reputable dealer!

Mr Bianchi has a very warped view of the true events. Maybe this is because the car was purchased back in Feb 2015, and therefore this review should be treated as historical. The car was 12 yrs old with 100k and the issue was a noisy bearing, which had occurred due to wear and tear. We wanted to go to court with the customer due to his ramped up expenses claim for replacement work and costs in court for several members of his family. These were thrown out and he was awarded a portion of his claim due to a technicality, and not due to mistreatment or negligence on our part. It was in no way an indictment of our business. It's a shame that this individual obviously still holds a grudge against us and looks back with a such twisted view with the intent of portraying our business in a bad light at this later date. We tried our best to accommodate Mr B, but he was evidently on a different agenda to make a fixable situation into a more serious one. The phrase 'making a mountain out of a molehill' springs to mind. I urge the readers of this review to take into account our 80 + excellent reviews which show our dedication, level of customer service and customer satisfaction. We are a small family run business and have built our reputation this way. The review is an obvious attempt to discredit our company by bringing it into a current pretext. We should be judged on our level of customer service which stands us apart from other car dealerships. We have always been proud of our friendly 'un typical' car dealer approach to our customers. I trust that any potential customer reading this will see this review for what it is and understand that there are 2 sides to every story, and that we have been subject to an attack of bitterness in an attempt to ruin our good name.
I recently bought my first car from Jamie, who made the experience very easy and enjoyable! Such a friendly, polite manner with no pressure to purchase the car. Will definitely be coming back when I need a new car and will definitely recommend anyone to go there when buying a car!

Kelly and Jaime went out of their way to make buying my lovely new car a breeze. They are both honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or pressured and I would highly recommend KJ Prestige to anyone wanting to buy a used car with confidence and will be coming back when I need my next new car.
Kelly and Jamie from K J Prestige sold us a Land Rover for £20.000, the turbos blew up after four days. After getting trading standards involved they agreed to fix the turbos. Jamie returned the car saying it was safe for wife to drive knowingly the car had a serious power steering leak. We put the car into Land Rover Ascot and they told us it needed a new steering rack the brakes are badly worn and needs a new brake calliper. In total we had to pay £4000 for the parts and labour. Do not buy a car from this garage they do not check the vehicles they buy and there customer service is horrendous. We'll never buy a second hand car again after this awful experience.

In regards to the Range Rover sold to Mr and Mrs Walters, there was a turbo problem which we fixed for the customer. It was unfortunate timing, and related to the miles on the car. We did all of our appropriate checks on the car, but it was unforseen and unfortunate. The car had a very high mileage, but had a full main dealer history. We went out of our way to get the issue resolved for the customer, when this happened. Mr Walters involved trading standards who I dealt with, and they washed their hands of the issue when Mr Walters was extremely abusive to myself on the phone. We also further offered the customer a full refund on the car which was refused.
Its 12 years since I bought my last car so I am not a regular car buyer hence I was naturally rather cautious. I found the experience of dealing with this small Family run business very enjoyable. I thought ringing the bell as I left with my new car was a nice touch and 9 months later my BMW 530D is still awesome and I still smile when I get in her to drive to appointments. Yes when I get my next car I will call them again to see what they can find me.
