Excellent Enjoyed the customer service offered to me by Allan from the first to an extent that I had to come in person to collect the vehicle rather than it being delivered. The car was perfect inside and outside even your forecourt was had amazing cars.

Easiest car buying experience in 35 years This was most relaxed and pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Alan was always available and gave good advice in relation to private plate transfer so everything was ready on day of collection. Literally called in for coffee and drove away with a fantastic X5 30 mins later. Many thanks I will definitely be back for my next car in a year or so, even though I live in Lincolnshire.

Land Rover purchase Having to purchase a new vehicle (returning company car) during lockdown made me a little apprehensive. Through Kaim's website I found a vehicle of interest. After a phone call I was soon on my way to view for which I was able to do at my own pace whilst Alan returned to his office, there was no pressure to commit whatsoever. A further discussion alleviated all concerns and I was the happy owner of my new vehicle several days later. My first contact with Kaim Park Garage was through Alan. Even though I did not get to meet him face to face his attention and understanding of my enquiry was impeccable. Top Class 5 Star Service. Picked up a LR Discovery Sport from Kaim Park a few weeks ago. Really top class service from the chaps at Kaim Park Garage. After a really horrible experience at another garage, it was really a breath of fresh air to see how friendly and tailored customer service should be. From viewing the car to pick up, Allan made sure that any concern was addressed and the car had everything prepped and ready before pick up.
