I would like to say,I am really impressed with karhouse. I purchased a car and it had a little problem,the guys got it sorted,they even brought my car bk to my address. I highly recommend these guys. Brilliant place. The guys are such nice people. If you are looking to buy a car,then I would definitely say give this place a go
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'. I bought a car 494 days ago. At delivery time a claimed fault (for which I have still never seen evidence) was found, and they refused to deliver. After MONTHS of back an forth, I had to take the case to court. This was settled today, in my favour, Karhouse did not file any defence or show up. Now waiting on court mandated delivery of my car, nearly 500 DAYS LATER. Criminals, plain and simple. Tried to threaten me with bankruptcy, coerce me into signing illegal Statutory Rights waivers, all manner of shady dealings. Should be shut down.

My daughter bought an old but very nice VW Golf from Karhouse. Imran, the Boss, acted with complete integrity when the car had a fault which only fully showed itself after the warranty had run out by 2 weeks. Imran paid for the repair without quibble. First class honest people. A pleasure to deal with.

Brought a Honda CR-V from Karhouse, very good car,good place to buy a car from have also been very helpful after the purchase definetly recommend them.
WE BOUGHT A CAR TO REPLACE ONE OF OUR FLEET VEHICLES - IT WAS 3 YEARS OLD BUT THE CONDITION WAS EXCELLENT AND JUST AS DESCRIBED. THEY THREW IN A 12 MONTH MOT AND OIL CHANGE. COULDNT ASK FOR MORE.

Bought a car from them. The next day it developed a problem with lights flashing on dashboard. One phone call to them and they picked the car up, drove my family home, fixed the car the next day free of charge and delivered it back. Absolutely brilliant service to an unforseen problem. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Purchased car have since discovered after few months has stretched timing chain as I've only done 300 miles Mechanic told me issue must have been there when purchased vehicle no reply from karhouse never buy car from them.

The car was sold with a discount for a full service and delivered to the gentleman with no issues. It was a 10 year old Audi TT with 150k miles on the clock. He drove it for over 6 months and then called to say the timing chain was stretched and that he'd hardly used it in all that time. I would have expected him to call within the first month if there were any issues or when the car went for servicing. The car was driving perfect (when sold) and had no faults even with the high mileage.The warranty period had expired on the vehicle and the new owner expected us to pay for a new timing chain. We advised him of or legal obligations and his consumer rights and never heard from him again. Its unfortunate he feels he needs to leave a negative review and we have many positive ones out there for you to check before buying from us.
