Bought a car from them. The next day it developed a problem with lights flashing on dashboard. One phone call to them and they picked the car up, drove my family home, fixed the car the next day free of charge and delivered it back. Absolutely brilliant service to an unforseen problem. Purchased car have since discovered after few months has stretched timing chain as I've only done 300 miles Mechanic told me issue must have been there when purchased vehicle no reply from karhouse never buy car from them.

Really helpful genuine dealer delivered my car the next day to Leicester included in the final price. I have dealt with many car dealers over the years and karhouse came out on top. For customer service and attitude they are definitely 10 star!

As a company car owner for 27 years this was the first car that I had ever bought from a private dealer and I went into the deal with a pretty causious frame of mind. I couldn't have been more wrong , the service was excellant, the landrover a good price, the fault that I noticed on the engine needed a £1500 repair for the turbo's and this was done in good faith before the purchase (which must have taken a chunk out of the dealers profit) Then when the central locking went 3 weeks after purchase (it is a Landrover !!) this was also payed for without compliant under the terms of the 3 month warrenty. I would definitely recomend, and the attitude and service that I received had ceratinly cleared up my suspicious of used car dealers. Thank you

Not the prettiest of setups but honest straight to the point guys. They offer all the services a main dealer would and even offered a full MOT and oil change free in the asking price - but i opted for the discount instead and had it done myself. Im quite happy with my car and have already recomended a friend. They sell good value second hand cars with no bulls**t !
