I did have a company car which went back so I was it was needed to get myself a car. I am very happy with the Peugeot, I’ve dealt with Karl smiths before and known them for a longtime and was happy to go back! They are trustworthy and treated me fairly well.

I was passing the dealership and I seen the van on the court and yeah it was pretty easy to arrange. The Fiat is running very well. I had a wee oil leak, but it wasn’t worth bringing it into Karl’s, so I sorted it out myself. they were really easy to deal with. I didn’t feel pressured in anyway even when it comes down to choose a guarantee. I wasn’t pushed in one way or another.

Yes and thank you so much got sorting everything out for me Kelly I think her name was amazing! I do need to ring up and sort out my warranty, so I'll do that at some point next few days :)

It's the first time we've dealt with Karl Smith, but I'm pretty sure my step-dad must've bought off them some time ago as it was him who recommended them in the first place. We dealt with a lady called Kelly who was amazing! I went down to the dealership and she showed me around, showed me the car etc. I really liked it so I put a deposit down and picked it up about 4 days later. Everything was pretty efficient and quick. I don't really do much car stuff so I don't really know what five star service looks like, but I know I'd deffo recommend them.

Because I valet cars I needed a van. Saw this one on autotrader, placed a deposit and bought it the next day - keeping it simple. Everything was done quickly and it was quite a smooth process.. 5 out of 5
