I bought my previous car there and traded it in this time around. The manager is always very polite every time I go, they open the door for you. There's no pressure sales, they let you walk around. Quick process. There is an MOT place and they do repairs, they get you in as soon as possible they don’t mate your wait so you can't fault them for that.

I’m very happy with the Fiat I got from Karl Smith Cars. I went there as they are really local and I looked on the website and saw the car. It was a very competitive price and the sales guys were very nice. I did have a slight delay from buying it to driving away due to part being ordered but I found it quite a quick process. It felt magical to finally drive it away, I would definitely use them again.

Happy with the sale, everything seems ok with the van. I was looking for particular type of vehicle and Karl Smith were the closest. I was driving past their forecourt when I spotted that they were starting to do more commercial vehicles. They had the perfect van for us. No issues with the salesperson. There were specific vehicles we were made aware of that were coming in and they gave us first refusal. The van we chose was a good price, happy with that.

Everything's good with the Ford Grand C Max from Karl Smith cars. I chose it because it’s a big family car and the one from them had low milage, it runs good, its smooth and it’s a very good car.

I usually go with Citron’s but I’ve always liked Volvo’s for the safety features. The Volvo V40 I got from Karl Smith Cars is brilliant, the dealership is only five minutes from where I work, there was a slight issue with the side door but I sorted it myself as I’m a mechanic, there was also an issue with a scratch on the rear wing when I seen it but they got that sorted before I picked it up, I don't know the girls in the office but she was brilliant and down to earth.

Karl Smiths are a local dealer to me, so it made a bit of sense to get my Ford Transit from there, I don’t remember who I dealt with but they were really friendly, really nice and easy going. I’d recommend them!

I’ve always liked Fords had Focuses before but decided on the Mondeo this time, it was a good price and a good age from Karl Smith Cars, I’d read reviews they seemed quite reputable. They were professional and friendly and Karl was willing to do a deal, I give four stars as I don’t like giving five there is always ways to improve.
