Since my car got hit parked outside I was in need of a new car and quick, my little KA was a total write off. Karl Smith Car Sales saved the day, I came across a newer model of my car and I fell in love. I did want to stick with something I knew, I'm so pleased with my new Ford KA, its got so many more little gadgets in the car which my old one didn't have. I certainly recommend Karl Smiths, I would very happily use them again based off my experience. Top top marks!

My Tiguan is driving a dream!! Justine was fab with me during my experience, from start to finish she was so kind and helpful. I had a few issues that wasn't their fault, mostly mine and they were super happy to help sort them which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't give Karl Smiths Cars anything less than 5* stars as there service is well and truly brilliant. I liked that they were accommodating test drives, I took the car on a drive and instantly fell in love with it but what I appreciated more is that I had no pressure put on me at any time. I test drove the car at my pace and my leisure.

The staff at the dealership did ask if I would like to test drive but I didn't at the time, I was happy with just having a look around. I noticed the great condition the car was in and how clean and tidy it was and I just didn't feel the need to test drive, I trusted the guys at the dealership, and that I do not regret.

Justine was great to do business with when I was buying my Tipo. She was really informative and knowledgeable and presented the car beautifully. Everything is absolutely spot on, it is my third car that I have bought from Karl Smith so I am used to the runnings of things. I found it to be very simple and streamline when buying my Kia. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and every question I had was answered. I was allowed to take it for a little test drive which was nice, and it drove beautifully. I have already told a few good friends of mine to have a visit as well.
