ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just bought a Peugout van yesterday from them (25th of September 2023). When we were driving the van back to home from the dealership, the red light engine switched on. Called them the same day and said that we would need to take to our own mechanic, after insisting my parents brought the van back to them, and this morning they said that they do not accept full refund on commercial vans (which I do not think it is lawful). How did they pass the MOT test on this (MOT test done in August apperently)???? With a faulty engine like this?. We are working class people trying to do out job, WHY YOU DOING THIS TO WORKING PEOPLE??? Aboslutely disgusted by the whole situation, you guys should be ashamed of yourself. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Vehicles are faulty and are sold without telling you. I bought a van and it developed a fault, There won’t be interested in putting it right, just tell you it’s the age of the vehicle

Absolute joke of a company sold a dodgy focus that broke down 30 miles from garage. “Take me to court” was his response . So we did and he paid up once the letter before action had been posted had to waste 500 pounds and my time getting the car back . Do NOT buy from these

DM Vans, Chesham Trade Center , Chesham Vans and Karzltd are all the same people who run all three sites. The awful reviews you see here are our experience, too. My son-in-law bought a van that lasted about two weeks. When he took it in for repair, there was a gasket missing and a bit of goop had been put in its place. When it blew out, oil leaked all over the alternator, wrecking it. When he bought it, he was promised a 3-month warranty. I was there and heard the promise. They refused to honour it. Once that £1000 repair was done, two weeks later it just died. We were told that the injectors had failed. We asked again about compensation and were told "No". Very unprofessional and do not back up the junk they sell.😡
