Never even received a log book. When I called got told not there problem and I need to pay dvla for a new one. Brough my car less than 3 months ago. Sold with a 3 month guarantee. Never received any information regarding this. I've so far called 10 times. Been promised 3 times the manager will call me back by both Sonny and Miary. Both liers, my car has engine lights, keeps cutting out and I'm now going to have to take it to a garage and pay myself. Worst customer service I've ever received. Stay away from Kars Online.

I purchased a Jaguar XF from these and payed £5900 for the vehicle and after driving for just over a month the engine oil pump failed and blew the whole engine basically, I called them and explained and they told me that the car was fine when I brought it, they then said send a full report of the problem which a mechanic said that would be expensive as he will need to drop the engine and take it all apart the view exactly what parts have failed and so on and the warranty with the car only covered me for £500 which is pointless and the repair is costing me £3000 excluding recovery and other bills il be claiming back at court! I’m taking it through court atm but avoid these, I also found out the reverse camera sensor doesn’t work and got told the power steering pump has gone which was causing squeaking as soon as i drove it and they said it was serviced the day I brought it then I got told my a jaguar specialist that this car hadn’t been serviced recently and they told me there was a 12 month MOT and I got home checked on the internet and found out it was due for MOT just 2 months after I brought it and the fuel cap clip was broken and they told me it was roughly only £5 to get done and I looked about and the only way you can get it done is if you take the body off and a few other things, I got quoted £85 for a second hand fuel cap set and £140 for labour. And when you try and speak they just fob you off!

Hi,I thought I was the only one who thought bad about this company I’ve found so many bad reviews and the same thing that’s happened to you had happened to me and my car is on finance I refuse to pay for poor quality it’s always braking down the battery is no good and the brakes nearly made me crash! I hope you get yours sorted out soon I’m battling with mine at the minute
bought my car off karsonline liecester SA58 RJJ, had problems with the car which the warranty didn't include. The manager has now agreed to pay money towards these repairs. Very happy with the service would recommend this company.

I bought a car from kars on line in leicester and it was the worst service I have ever received. I went to pick up the car and to avoid driving without road tax. I gave them £135 to tax the car on the day, to make sure I was driving legally. (receipt for the money given) After a month the car was still not registered on my name and despite several calls they blamed the DVLA for not receiving the log book. In February DVLA clamped my car for no road tax. I called DVLA and they confirmed that the vehicle had not been taxed. I had to pay £100 to release the car. they took my money and didn't tax my vehicle. The worse to come was that when i called them they were making excuses that it was the fault of DVLA. Despite all they refused to pay for the release of my car and only paid 6 months and refused to pay back the money that i already paid to them. After a argument a member of staff started to threaten me on the phone. It took 4 months to receive the log book. I have now received another fine from DVLA for driving an untaxed vehicle. I would not buy another car from them even if they are the last car dealer on this earth.

Sorry to hear you had issue with your road tax We did bought road tax for you back when you bought the car that is why you been driving the car for 3 months You must have change the owner name so road tax has been revoked that is why your car been clamp But if there any thing i can do let me know i will help you
If you want a car that’s perfect for a day or two, to then be ignored for weeks, get a warranty which is as useful as a carpet fitters ladder, and be told it’s your fault. This is the place to be. Buy your cars from anywhere but here.
