Left a deposit on a car, rang less than 24hours later because something came up and I was unable to view the car when arranged and refused to refund me my deposit. Be cautious.
Would never buy a car from this dealership. Stay well away!! I wouldn't even call this establishment a car dealership! The customer service -well there isn't any.... Being a young driver you expect to buy your 1st car and be able to drive it, without it braking down within the first week. Having a car supposedly sold with a 'Warranty' you would hope to take it back to the garage and them repair / fix the problem(s) I have had to fund it myself many times - purchasing a new battery and other parts. I am yet still to receive the correct documentation for the vehicle since purchasing the vehicle in October 2017, I have been fobbed off with poor excuses saying its 'LOST in the Post' even the service history wasn't for my vehicle, they gave me Service History for a Citroen and yet I have a Volvo!? I have even been told that I've been put on the blocking list - so if I need to ring them I have no point of contact, even when I go back to them they don't want to speak with me. I would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this place - there vehicles are better off down the local scrap yard. I have more to say but I honestly haven't the time of day for them

Left a £100 viewing deposit went to view the car the next day kebab on seat, damage to the passenger side of the car (no photos of this side of the car) mileage approx 5000 more than advertised. Manager said he would refund me deposit still waiting not returning my phone call.

we straight policy is if you want to secure the car for you then deposit is not refundable due to advertisement Cost which are more then £200 we already told you this before and regard the Kebab you just not telling the truth as you didn't had a fund to pay and you just want any excuse to have money back
I was sold a dud car by kars online - a very dodgy steering fault which they must have known about when they sold it on. The warranty was so minimal it wasn't worth the paper it was written on - it's cost me over a thousand pounds to put right - I wouldn't touch these guys with a bargepole. When I phoned with the problem they simply weren't interested.

I feel your pain...I brought an Astra vxr a month ago and it had a faulty gearbox held onto the car by ONE bolt!!!!! £1260 of my own money later and it’s fixed, warranty company won’t pay out and Karsonline aren’t interested keep fobbing me off. Also have oil leak and two front tyres are illegal tread depth.....looks like a court visit is on the cards I think.
Friendly and candid sales team, good facilities, and great customer service and support, including pick up from Leicester City Centre: What more could you ask for? These guys make such a refreshing change from so many secondhand car garages. Would definitely look to buy from you again. So pleased with my car - Thanks

Kars Online sold me a car with inaccurate mileage, knackered exhaust and turns out multiple other problems. Response when I contacted them was very unpleasant. Don't go near them.

Avoid Kars Online. Will take your deposit subject to test drive and then try and force you to buy even though there's clearly a mechanical fault. Avoid at all costs. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

We always return Deposit back if there is real mechanical issue not because random person comes along and start making stories just because you found another car we will not refund money.... please contact us in writing we will sort some refund for you but just be honest
Test drove a car at Kars Online and it was in great order very good service good prices and will fix things up for you not many good second hand car dealers out in Leicester but this company seem to do things right.
