I bought a car from this dealership 3 weeks ago. I was travelling over 3 hours to buy the car so I called the dealer to check there were no hidden issues with the car. I was assured that there were none. I negotiated a price which they then tried to go back on. They eventually agreed on the initial price (which was still over inflated) but I decided to buy the car as the garage were part of The AA Dealer Promise scheme, so I felt that I would be protected in buying a car through this garage. I was wrong! The AA have now removed this garage from their scheme as a result of my complaint and others. It's a wonder that they were on the scheme for any time at all! I noticed numerous faults within hours of buying the car which were not made clear to me in the vehicle advert and/or before the sale: Chip in front windscreen Damage to rear bumper Damage to alloy wheels No owners manual No code for stereo Faulty air conditioning system Faulty third brake light Faulty headlight bulb Car dirty inside and smelt awful Heated front windscreen does not work. 3 speakers not working correctly Completely flat battery. I stopped car after an hours driving to have air con regassed and it would not start. Garage advised that the battery was completely dead and not just flat. Car was allegedly serviced recently although the "full service history" did not list what work had been completed on the recent service. The pollen filter, air filter oil filter and oil were definitely not changed on the recent service and I have now had these changed. I have yet to check the fuel filter. The dealer also offered to put another stamp in the book for me without completing any further work. I'm an ex police officer and my wife is currently a serving police officer, but the dealer did not seem to mind offering to break the law for us. When I complained to the garage, they stated that these issues were normal wear and tear. I have so far spent over £400 on the car battery bringing it up to what I consider a saleable condition, and have not corrected all issues. The garage lied to me to secure my business and should not be operating.

Thanks for your review I investigate this and find out you bought a 10 year old car with over 100000k mileage on it; it was advertise for £2200 after checking and negotiating the car you got £200 discount, we stamp for a basic service which including top up Antifreez ect Obviously But if you still not happy please contact with us and we will make every effort to keep you happy
