I called up to ask about a car that I saw advertised. I explained that I was coming from far away and asked a bit about the car and he gave the impression that it was in amazing condition. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get there and the body work was awful I can't imagine anyone paying £18k for a car with so much damage. I wish he had been honest to start off with rather than marketing it as though it was in perfect condition he could have saved me 3 hours.

It was the audi Q2 you come to see I’ve gone round the whole car we can’t see no major dents or scratches on the vehicle I’m confident enough to put pictures up of the vehicle If it’s small pint dent on drivers wing penny coin size And rear bumper got a small mark on it that’s about it Please bare in mind the car was over 2k cheaper then the next one up the review you’ve left isn’t a fair review Thank you kassam
We bought a car from this seller over a year ago and from day one we have a problem with car with DPF. We do some tests in Mazda garage and others as well, we spend about a £3500 for repairs and car still not working properly, I will not recommend this place to buy any car

Hi there sorry to hear you’ve been having DPF issues with a mazda you purchased a year ago if you had contacted us we would have helped you didn’t need to spend so much money on a DPF there are companies out there that clean the DPF for around £500 maybe less. unfortunately No warranty company covers DPF. however we would have helped you out if you had contacted us sooner

I was dealing with Immy at Kassam car sales. He answered all my questions, was happy to send all the information I asked and worked out a great deal for me. Unfortunately I couldn’t go through with the deal through no fault of Immy’s. He tried everything to get the deal on. I can’t say what the aftersales is like but I’d certainly not hesitate to get back in touch if my circumstances changed.

I bought a toyoyta corolla a few weeks ago from Kassam Car Sales. The father was great and so was his son. The father was very fair and even decreased the asking price upon my request. The vehicle has been driving brilliant.
