Be cautious of this man. GET WRITTEN CONFIRMATION that a qualified mechanic has looked the car over, as required by law. He didn't do this for the car I bought, and there are lots of things wrong with it (some that made the car not road worthy and dangerous). When I told him there were things wrong with the car within 12 hours of purchase, he said the faults were not there when I bought the car. If he offers a second key for free and you accept and he then says it's a £50 courier charge, either get it in writing that he'll give you a genuine receipt or ask for the key's location to pick them up yourself.
